技术领域
    本实用新型涉及一种包装容器的坯体结构,具体涉及一种轻量化尖底瓶坯。 
背景技术
瓶的质量取决于所供应瓶坯的质量,瓶坯包括瓶口、瓶体和瓶底,目前一般的瓶坯底部设计是采用半圆球底面,此种瓶坯吹瓶时,瓶底容易积料,造成不必要的原料浪费。 
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决瓶底积料问题实现轻量化,设计出一种尖底状的瓶坯,在减少瓶底材料的同时又能保持瓶坯底部必须的壁厚,以满足注塑工艺需要。 
本实用新型为解决其问题所采用的技术方案是: 
一种轻量化尖底瓶坯,包括瓶口、瓶体和瓶底,所述瓶底的外表面呈尖底状,该尖底状由多段圆弧线环瓶体中心线围绕而成。
在本实用新型中,所述多段圆弧线包括右上至下依次相连的圆弧I、圆弧II、圆弧III以及圆弧IV。 
在本实用新型中,所述圆弧II为一斜线,该斜线与瓶体中心线的夹角为锐角。 
在本实用新型中,所述瓶底内部形状与外部形状相同。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的瓶底外表面呈尖底状,尖底状由多段圆弧线环瓶体中心线围绕而成,本实用新型可以有效控制瓶底积料,减少瓶坯用料,实现瓶子轻量化,与传统的瓶坯相比,可节约原材料2%~3%,并且此瓶坯在吹瓶过程中能够更好地紧贴模具型腔,能够更加方便排气和冷却,更好地实现产品塑性成形。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图3,本实用新型所提供一种轻量化尖底瓶坯,包括瓶口1、瓶体2和瓶底3,所述瓶底3的外表面呈尖底状,该尖底状由多段圆弧线环瓶体中心线4围绕而成。在本实施例中,所述多段圆弧线包括右上至下依次相连的圆弧I31、圆弧II32、圆弧III33以及圆弧IV34,圆弧I31的上端与瓶体2下端连接,圆弧IV34的末端在瓶体中心线4上。所述圆弧II32为一斜线,该斜线与瓶体中心线4的夹角为β,β为一锐角。通过这种四段圆弧线的设计可以有效控制瓶底积料,减少瓶坯用料,实现瓶子轻量化,与传统的瓶坯相比,可节约原材料2%~3%。 
作为优选的实施方式,所述瓶底3内部形状与外部形状相同,以保证瓶底3的厚度。 
当然,本实用新型除了上述实施方式之外,其它等同技术方案也应当在其保护范围之内。

1.一种轻量化尖底瓶坯,包括瓶口(1)、瓶体(2)和瓶底(3),其特征在于:所述瓶底(3)的外表面呈尖底状,该尖底状由多段圆弧线环瓶体中心线(4)围绕而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻量化尖底瓶坯,其特征在于:所述多段圆弧线包括右上至下依次相连的圆弧I(31)、圆弧II(32)、圆弧III(33)以及圆弧IV(34)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种轻量化尖底瓶坯,其特征在于:所述圆弧II(32)为一斜线,该斜线与瓶体中心线(4)的夹角为锐角。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种轻量化尖底瓶坯,其特征在于:所述瓶底(3)内部形状与外部形状相同。
