A labeling machine according to claim 1, wherein the interior of said plastic drum is tapered, and a rod is disposed on the front end surface of said plastic drum, said rod is disposed on a pair of plate seats on the front end surface of said plastic drum, and a first gear plate and a second gear plate are disposed on the two ends of said rod respectively, wherein said first gear plate is engaged with said transmission shaft; and a roller is arranged below the discharge hole, a roller shaft is arranged on the roller shaft in a penetrating manner, the roller shaft is arranged between a pair of plate bodies protruding outwards from the rubber barrel in a penetrating manner, the roller shaft protrudes out of the bottom edges of the plate bodies, a third gear disc is arranged at one end of the roller shaft in a penetrating manner, and the second gear disc and the third gear disc are linked through a transmission belt.
