背景技术
在传统技术中，以基准面为基准进行滚圈磨滚道时，经常会因为工作台上的残留铁屑而刮伤滚圈的基准面，影响滚圈外观的同时，还会影响滚圈后续的加工使用，导致生产效率较低。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种滚圈磨滚道用定位垫块，防止磨滚道时由于工作台面残留铁屑刮伤滚圈的基准面，保证滚圈外观的美观，提高生产效率。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用定位垫块通过螺栓对称均匀分布在工作台上的方式。
定位垫块有四块，均呈滚道形。
本实用新型的有益效果是：采用滚道行定位垫块，有效防止了磨滚道时由于工作台面残留铁屑刮伤滚圈的基准面，保证滚圈外观的美观，提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型采用定位垫块1通过螺栓2对称均匀分布在工作台上的方式。
定位垫块1有四块，均呈滚道形，在进行滚圈磨滚道加工时，首先将工座台清理干净，再将定位垫块1擦干净，然后将四块定位垫块1对称均布在工作台上，用固定螺栓2将四块定位垫块1固定、旋紧。
吊起滚圈，将基准面轻轻放在固定好的四块定位垫块1上，最后再用压板压紧滚圈的非基准面，并且四个压板要与滚道式定位块对齐放置，继而进行加工。
