本实用新型涉及一种碳纤维复合芯光电复合架空导线,由内到外依次包括加强构件、光纤感温构件与硬铝圆线构成的光电复合结构、硬铝型线外层;光纤感温构件与若干条硬铝圆线绞合于邻内层构成层绞式光电复合结构。本实用新型采用的加强构件由碳纤维复合材料制作而成,相比现有技术具有柔软性能好、抗拉强度提高的特点。采用的光纤感温构件可以实时监测导线的温度。外层硬铝型线的应用,可以有效防止覆冰。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电线电缆领域,尤其涉及电力传输及电力通信系统,特别是城市、农村配网系统的一种具有电力传输及光通信双重功能的一种碳纤维复合芯倍容量电力光缆。 
背景技术
架空线路是一种用绝缘子将导线固定在直立于地面的杆塔上以传输电能的输电线路。它由架空导线、架空地线、绝缘子串、杆塔、接地装置等组成。架空输电线路在设计时要考虑它受到的气温变化、强风暴侵袭、雷闪、雨淋、结冰、洪水、湿雾等各种自然条件的影响,还要考虑电磁环境干扰问题。现有的架空导线以铜芯或者钢芯,但是铜芯架空导线存在载流量低的问题,而钢芯架空导线存在抗腐蚀性差、单位重量大的问题。此外,随着智能电网的发展,需要对输电过程进行实时监控,采集线路数据,并与架空导线并线输送数据信号,特别是利用光纤输送光信号。而目前,这种光电复合架空导线是各电线电缆企业努力的方向。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足之处而提供一种相对成本较低,且可提供电力传输和通信传输双重功能的碳纤维复合芯光电复合架空导线。 
为了解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案:一种碳纤维复合芯光电复合架空导线,由内到外依次包括加强构件、光纤感温构件与硬铝圆线构成的光电复合结构、硬铝型线外层;光纤感温构件与若干条硬铝圆线绞合于邻内层构成层绞式光电复合结构;光纤感温构件由感温光纤及感温光纤保护套构成,感温光纤保护套材料采用PVC材料。 
本实用新型采用的加强构件由碳纤维复合材料制作而成,相比现有技术具有柔软性能好、抗拉强度提高的特点。采用的光纤感温构件可以实时监测导线的温度。外层硬铝型线的应用,可以有效防止覆冰。

下面结合具体附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。 
如图1所示,一种碳纤维复合芯光电复合架空导线,由内到外依次包括加强构件1、至少一个光纤感温构件2与若干条硬铝圆线3绞合于邻内层构成层绞式光电复合结构、由若干相互配合的梯形硬铝型线4组成的外层;加强构件由碳纤维、玻璃纤维、或碳纤维/玻璃纤维按一定的比例混合的纤维束、通过浸渍热固性树脂成型,将成型的纤维束绞合,再通过加热对树脂进行热固处理,制成圆柱形结构的加强构件,直径的大小根据所设计的光电综合智能传输导线的强度等级和重量来确定;光纤感温构件由感温光纤及感温光纤保护套构成,感温光纤保护套材料采用PVC材料。

1.一种碳纤维复合芯光电复合架空导线,其特征在于,由内到外依次包括加强构件、光纤感温构件与硬铝圆线构成的光电复合结构、硬铝型线外层;光纤感温构件与若干条硬铝圆线绞合于邻内层构成层绞式光电复合结构;光纤感温构件由感温光纤及感温光纤保护套构成,感温光纤保护套材料采用PVC材料。
