技术领域
 本实用新型涉及电力输送领域,尤其涉及一种具有电力传输及光通信双重功能的一种碳纤维复合光电架空导线。
背景技术
架空线路是一种用绝缘子将导线固定在直立于地面的杆塔上以传输电能的输电线路。它由架空导线、架空地线、绝缘子串、杆塔、接地装置等组成。架空输电线路在设计时要考虑它受到的气温变化、强风暴侵袭、雷闪、雨淋、结冰、洪水、湿雾等各种自然条件的影响,还要考虑电磁环境干扰问题。现有的架空导线以铜芯或者钢芯,但是铜芯架空导线存在载流量低的问题,而钢芯架空导线存在抗腐蚀性差、单位重量大的问题。此外,随着智能电网的发展,需要对输电过程进行实时监控,采集线路数据,并与架空导线并线输送数据信号,特别是利用光纤输送光信号。而目前,这种光电复合架空导线是各电线电缆企业努力的方向。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足之处而提供一种强度大、耐腐蚀、载流量高,且可提供电力传输和通信传输双重功能的碳纤维复合光电架空导线。 
为了解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案:一种碳纤维复合光电架空导线,由金属导电线芯和传递光信号的光纤或光纤束与增强件扭绞而成,其特征在于,还有非线性传感光纤或光纤束与之扭绞成一体;外覆护套层绝缘层和防火层;所述非线性传感光纤或光纤束外有不锈钢管,光纤和不锈钢管构成不锈钢光单元,所述的不锈钢光单元为由若干条光纤置于一个不锈钢保护管内组成,不锈钢保护管采用松套结构,不锈钢保护管空隙内连续填充的阻水物,不锈钢保护管外挤包一层铝层;所说的传递光信号的光纤或光纤束为单模或多模光纤,其外有金属或非金属束管;非线性传感光纤或光纤束与传递光信号的光纤或光纤束也可同置于同一金属或非金属束管内,传递光信息的光纤或光纤束和非线性传感光纤或光纤束可置于传感光电缆的任何一层;所述增强件是复合超高强芯线,包括纵向延伸的高性能碳纤维束、高强度玄武岩纤维束主芯,和呈螺旋状连续缠绕主芯的高强S玻璃纤维束,以及将高性能碳纤维束、高强度玄武岩纤维束、高强S玻璃纤维束固结为一体的改性热塑性树脂。
本实用新型传感光电缆既能传输0.2千伏~1500千伏高电压、大电流电能和光信号,又能实时在线监测线路运行状态和其周围环境状态,可以应对火灾、冰雪等自然灾害及其他环境因素,便于远程监测管理和实时维护。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,传感光电缆形式之一,由传递光信息的光纤或光纤束4与金属导电线芯5和能实时在线监测线路自身运行状态和其周围环境状态的传感光纤或光纤束2扭绞而成,外覆护套层1绝缘层6和防火层7。 
如图2所示,传感光电缆形式之二,由金属导电线芯5和传递光信号的光纤或光纤束4与增强件8和能实时在线监测线路自身运行状态和其周围环境状态的传感光纤或光纤束2与之扭绞成一体,为裸线传感光电缆。传感光纤或光纤束2是一种非线性光纤或光纤束,其外有不锈钢管3,光纤和不锈钢管构成不锈钢光单元,所述的不锈钢光单元为由若干条光纤置于一个不锈钢保护管内组成,不锈钢保护管采用松套结构,不锈钢保护管空隙内连续填充的阻水物,不锈钢保护管外挤包一层铝层。传递光信号的光纤或光纤束4为单模或多模光纤,其外有金属或非金属束管3,传感光纤或光纤束2,与传递光信号的光纤或光纤束4,也可同置于同一金属或非金属束管3内,传递光信息的光纤或光纤束4和传感光纤或光纤束2可置于传感光电缆的任何一层。所述增强件8是复合超高强芯线,包括纵向延伸的高性能碳纤维束、高强度玄武岩纤维束主芯,和呈螺旋状连续缠绕主芯的高强S玻璃纤维束,以及将高性能碳纤维束、高强度玄武岩纤维束、高强S玻璃纤维束固结为一体的改性热塑性树脂
如图3所示,金属导电线芯5可以是单根导线或是单相线、或三相线和零线9,地线10。
