技术领域
本实用新型涉及电力输送领域,尤其是涉及一种用于长距离输电的十字骨架碳纤维光电复合电缆。 
背景技术
随着国民经济的高速发展,国家电网公司提出加快建设以特高压电网为骨干网架,各级电网协调发展,以信息化、自动化、互动化为特征的坚强智能电网。智能电网建设就必须推行一网(电力网)多线(添附光纤线)的转型战略,即在现有电力线的基础上,发展一网(电力网)多线(添附光纤线),解决的包括数据网、通信网、视频网等多目标的合成,最大限度地利用好我国电力网资源。 
目前,我国内电力系统普遍使用光纤复合架空地线(OPGW)、全介质自承式光缆(ADSS)作为通信解决方案,应用技术相对成熟。但随着智能电网的建设,电力通信网络的逐步延伸OPGW、ADSS光缆不能完全适用。为解决这些难题,需设计一种可实现电力传输、光纤通信及线路运行情况监测集于一体的智能电缆。 
常见的高架电缆通常采用钢芯铝绞线,它由钢丝和导电铝丝两个重要部分组成。钢丝的作用是承担整个电缆的悬空载荷,铝丝起导电作用。钢丝的优点是具有强的承载能力,但缺点是自身的重量大,抗拉强度小,钢芯的热膨胀系数大。如果再考虑电线附有冰雪或承受强风作用,抵抗外力能力差,对带有沉重电缆的悬空支架有很高的要求,要求悬空支架不仅强,而且刚度要好,并且悬空支架的高度足够高,这个电力输送带来了极大的成本负担。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种强度高、弧垂小,能够传输光、电信号的十字骨架碳纤维光电复合电缆。 
一种十字骨架碳纤维光电复合电缆,其特征在于,包括外护套,外护套中设置有四对对绞电线以及分隔四对对绞电线的十字骨架,每根对绞电线都由线芯外包绝缘 层构成;所述十字骨架的中心沿轴线开设有一中心孔,该中心孔中穿设有光纤或纤芯;所述十字骨架、绝缘层及外护套均采用含氟树脂;所述线芯是碳纤维复合材料芯。 
本实用新型的有益效果: 
1)本实用新型适用电压在10-500kv,与相同线径的铜芯铝绞线相比载流量增加。 
2)由于采用了碳纤维复合材料芯,重量减小,故架空弧度小,跨距长,减少了塔杆数量,节约了成本。 
3)工作温度范围增大,达到-80℃-200℃。 
4)碳纤维的使用使得本实用新型的耐腐蚀性大大强于钢芯,使用寿命长,安全性能好,并且环保节能。 
5)由于采用光电复合模式,可以传输并检测线路上的信号,实现对电缆的实时监控,为智能电网实现智能化控制打好基础。 
本实施例光电宽带混合缆既能和六类缆一样传输电信号,还可传输光信号,并且光信号与电信号在传输上互不干扰,工作性能良好,具有结构简单巧妙、耗材少、体积小,并且不助燃、不燃烧、连续工作温度高等优点。

具体实施方式
参见附图1所示,碳纤维光电复合导线,包括外护套1,该外护套1中设置有四对对绞电线2以及分隔四对对绞电线2的十字骨架3,所述四对对绞电线2的放置方式达到标准的六类铜缆标准,每根对绞电线2都由线芯4外包绝缘层5构成;并且,在所述十字骨架3的中心沿轴线(即是沿线缆的长度方向)开设有一中心孔6,该中心孔6中穿设有2根光纤7。十字骨架3、绝缘层5及外护套1均采用含氟树脂。所述线芯4是碳纤维复合材料芯,所述碳纤维复合材料芯是由环氧树脂、膨胀倍数在100倍以上的纳米膨胀石墨和增强体碳纤维组成的高强导电复合材料构成;所述增强体碳纤维是碳纤维丝、陶瓷纤维丝和玻璃纤维毡由热固性树脂固化定型制成的碳纤维复合丝,其中所述碳纤维丝是由聚丙烯腈基碳纤维混合纤维素碳纤维制成的纤维丝。 
本实施例中,在中心孔6中穿设2根光纤7是举例说明,实际可在中心孔6按使用需要放置1根或多根光纤7,还可以不用光纤7而采用裸纤芯,这些变化都包含 在本实例中。

1.一种十字骨架碳纤维光电复合电缆,其特征在于,包括外护套,外护套中设置有四对对绞电线以及分隔四对对绞电线的十字骨架,每根对绞电线都由线芯外包绝缘层构成;所述十字骨架的中心沿轴线开设有一中心孔,该中心孔中穿设有光纤或纤芯;所述十字骨架、绝缘层及外护套均采用含氟树脂;所述线芯是碳纤维复合材料芯。
