一种垃圾输送装置，解决增加出料口与动力轴支撑座的距离和垃圾对输送螺旋叶片缠绕的技术问题，采用的技术方案是，输送装置包括：动力电机、动力轴、动力轴支撑座、输送螺旋叶片、料筒、进料口和出料口，所述的料筒进料端与动力轴支撑座端面连接，料筒的另一端为出料口，动力轴支撑在动力轴支撑座上，动力轴的悬臂端在料筒内与输送螺旋叶片固定连接，构成输送螺旋叶片在垃圾输送段为无轴结构。本实用新型的有益效果是，结构简单，该输送装置动力轴支撑座远离出料口，输送螺旋叶采用无轴结构，彻底解决现有技术存在的动力轴支撑座过热和垃圾对输送螺旋叶片缠绕的技术不足。

技术背景
垃圾的焚烧处理是现有垃圾处理普遍采用的方法，特别是垃圾焚烧炉上料使用的垃圾输送装置，一是垃圾输送装置由于垃圾焚烧炉的高温对垃圾输送装置转动支撑部件的损坏，而且由于垃圾成分的复杂，易发生垃圾缠绕在输送螺旋叶，使垃圾输送装置无法正常工作，甚至发生动力轴断裂、动力电机烧毁等事故。
发明目的
针对现有技术存在的以上问题，本实用新型设计了一种垃圾输送装置，该输送装置动力轴支撑座远离出料口，输送螺旋叶采用无轴结构，彻底解决现有技术存在的技术不足。
本实用新型实现发明目的采用的技术方案是，一种垃圾输送装置，包括：动力电机、动力轴、动力轴支撑座、输送螺旋叶片、料筒、进料口和出料口，所述的料筒进料端与动力轴支撑座端面连接，料筒的另一端为出料口，动力轴支撑在动力轴支撑座上，动力轴的悬臂端在料筒内与输送螺旋叶片固定连接，构成输送螺旋叶片在垃圾输送段为无轴结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是，结构简单，该输送装置动力轴支撑座远离出料口，输送螺旋叶采用无轴结构，彻底解决现有技术存在的技术不足。

参看附图，一种垃圾输送装置，包括：动力电机6、动力轴4、动力轴支撑座2、输送螺旋叶片5、料筒1、进料口7和出料口3，料筒1进料端与动力轴支撑座2端面连接，料筒1的另一端为出料口3，动力轴4支撑在动力轴支撑座2上，动力轴4的悬臂端在料筒1内与输送螺旋叶片5固定连接，构成输送螺旋叶片5在垃圾输送段为无轴结构。
使用时，垃圾经进料口7进入料筒1，动力电机6带动动力轴4在动力轴支撑座2上转动，动力轴4的另一端在料筒1内带动输送螺旋叶片5转动，输送螺旋叶片5将垃圾输送到出料口3，出料口3可与焚烧炉入料口连接。

1.一种垃圾输送装置，包括：动力电机、动力轴、动力轴支撑座、输送螺旋叶片、料筒、进料口和出料口，其特征在于：所述的料筒（1）进料端与动力轴支撑座（2）端面连接，料筒（1）的另一端为出料口（3），动力轴（4）支撑在动力轴支撑座（2）上，动力轴（4）的悬臂端在料筒（1）内与输送螺旋叶片（5）固定连接，构成输送螺旋叶片（5）在垃圾输送段为无轴结构。
