背景技术
管道连接头广泛运用于供水、供气等多个领域,但随着其使用范围不断扩大,不同环境对管道接头提出了不同的要求。各领域对接头都有不同的侧重点,现有的三通管紧固接头已经不能满足所有的工艺要求。 
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种结构简单、使用方便、可用于不同管径连接的紧固件。 
本实用新型包括紧固件本体、压紧环、紧锁螺母、管口螺纹;紧固件三个接头处有螺纹且仅外壁有螺纹;三个接头管径都不同;三个接头处有外螺纹,与外螺纹对应的是三个紧锁螺母。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供一种带有外壁紧锁螺母的紧固件,他可以使管件连接拆卸更加灵活、简单、快捷。 
曝气管紧固件紧固件主体1上的三个连接头的口径都不同,每个口径的外壁有螺纹2,与螺纹对应的是锁紧螺母4,当紧固件与其他接口相连时,其他接头沿三通管内壁进入紧固件管体,紧固件管内壁有压紧环3,在压紧环3的作用下,外部接头紧紧的贴在压紧环3的上面,为了防止外部接头活动,当外部接头进入紧固件管内适当长度并与紧固件管紧密相连后,拧上锁紧螺母。锁紧螺母内壁与紧固件管外壁螺纹相吻合,锁紧螺母底部与紧固件管口壁接触处也设有一压紧环,压紧环为橡胶材料,可以很好地保证连接的密闭性。

1.一种曝气管的紧固件,包括紧固件本体、压紧环、紧锁螺母、管口螺纹,其特征在于;紧固件三个接头处有螺纹且仅外壁有螺纹。

3.根据权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于:三个接头处有外螺纹,与外螺纹对应的是三个紧锁螺母。
