本实用新型涉及一种带有扬料板的滚筒式初清筛，用于对谷物进行清理、除杂和分选。
背景技术
目前，现有滚筒式清理筛当筛体转动时，筛体的有效面积不大，假设筛体按顺时针方向旋转，那么谷物会集中筛体的左下部分，筛体的有效面只有四分之一不到，这样便限制了初清筛的产量。
实用新型内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种解决了上述缺陷的，增大了筛体的有效筛面的带有扬料板的滚筒式初清筛。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：所述的带有扬料板的滚筒式初清筛，包括滚筒结构的筛体，其特征在于：筛体内设置有多个扬料板，扬料板倾斜设置，扬料板底部与筛体内壁之间的间距为30mm~80mm，扬料板底部通过支撑杆固定在筛体的内壁上。
所述的扬料板与筛体的法线之间的夹角为25~35°。优选为30°。
所述的扬料板的数量为5~15个。扬料板的数量根据筛体的直径需要而设定。
所述的扬料板均匀分布。
所述的扬料板底部通过2~6根支撑杆固定在筛体的内壁上。支撑杆的数量是按筛体的长度及支撑强度而设定的。
本实用新型所具有的有益效果是：带有扬料板的滚筒式初清筛通过在筛体内增设了扬料板，当筛体顺时针旋转时，原本应该集中在筛体左下部的谷物，会分为两部分，低于扬料板的谷物会继续留在左下部进行筛选，处于扬料板上的谷物，会被扬料板扬起，散落到筛体的右侧进行筛选，使得筛体的有效筛面比现有的初清筛增加了近一倍，提高了工作效率。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例做进一步描述：
如图1~2所示，筛体1内设置有多个扬料板2，扬料板2倾斜设置，扬料板2底部与筛体1内壁之间的间距为30mm~80mm，扬料板2底部通过支撑杆3固定在筛体1的内壁上。
扬料板2与筛体1的法线之间的夹角为25~35°，扬料板2的数量为12个，扬料板2均匀分布，扬料板2底部通过4根支撑杆3固定在筛体1的内壁上，扬料板2的长度与筛体1的长度相适应。
当筛体1顺时针旋转时，原本应该集中在筛体1左下部的谷物，会分为两部分，低于扬料板2的谷物会继续留在左下部进行筛选，处于扬料板2上的谷物，会被扬料板2扬起，散落到筛体1的右侧进行筛选，使得筛体1的有效筛面比现有的初清筛增加了近一倍，提高了工作效率。

1.一种带有扬料板的滚筒式初清筛，包括滚筒结构的筛体（1），其特征在于：筛体（1）内设置有多个扬料板（2），扬料板（2）倾斜设置，扬料板（2）底部与筛体（1）内壁之间的间距为30mm~80mm，扬料板（2）底部通过支撑杆（3）固定在筛体（1）的内壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有扬料板的滚筒式初清筛，其特征在于：所述的扬料板（2）与筛体（1）的法线之间的夹角为25~35°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有扬料板的滚筒式初清筛，其特征在于：所述的扬料板（2）的数量为5~15个。
