本实用新型公布了一种LED显示屏模组，包括有PCB板，与PCB板配合安装的LED灯发光单元、IC驱动芯片，所述PCB板为柔性PCB板，其正面装配有硅胶面罩，其背面装配有硅胶底板，柔性PCB板位于硅胶面罩与硅胶底板之间。本实用新型所提供的LED显示模组不但解决了由于传统的LED显示模组不能弯曲折叠，不能拼凑成圆柱形或者波浪形的显示屏的问题，同时也解决了传统的LED显示模组与箱体安装时采用螺丝固定，安装和拆卸不方便的问题。

本实用新型涉及一种LED显示设备。
背景技术
LED即是发光二极管，是一种固态的半导体器件， LED技术具有使用低压电源、耗能少、适用性强、稳定性高、响应时间短、对环境无污染、多色发光等的优点，是一种高效、安全的发光体，随着LED技术的进步一发展使其在各种领域都被应用，LED在显示方面也不例外，如各种LED显示模组，传统的LED显示模组的PCB板是硬性的，并且其面罩以及底板也都是由塑料或者是金属制成的刚性结构体，不能够弯曲折叠，不能拼凑成圆柱形或者波浪形的显示屏；这种LED显示模组与箱体安装时均采用螺丝固定，安装和拆卸不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是为了克服上面所述的技术缺陷，提供一种LED显示模组。
为了解决上面所述的技术问题，本实用新型采取如下的技术方案：
一种LED显示屏模组，包括有PCB板，与PCB板配合安装的LED灯发光单元、IC驱动芯片，所述PCB板为柔性PCB板，其正面装配有硅胶面罩，其背面装配有硅胶底板，柔性PCB板位于硅胶面罩与硅胶底板之间。
所述柔性PCB板正面与硅胶面罩之间设置有双面胶层，柔性PCB板背面与硅胶底板之间设置有双面胶层。
所述硅胶面罩设置有与LED灯对应的灯槽。
所述硅胶底板上设置有与IC驱动芯片位置对应的散热槽。
所述硅胶底板上设置有磁铁。
所述硅胶底板上设置有向外凸起的散热柱。
本实用新型所提供的LED显示模组不但解决了由于传统的LED显示模组不能弯曲折叠，不能拼凑成圆柱形或者波浪形的显示屏的问题，同时也解决了传统的LED显示模组与箱体安装时采用螺丝固定，安装和拆卸不方便的问题。

具体实施方式
请一并参阅图1至图4，如图所示，一种LED显示屏模组，包括有PCB板1，与PCB板1配合安装的LED灯发光单元2、IC驱动芯片3，所述PCB板1为柔性PCB板，其正面装配有硅胶面罩4，其背面装配有硅胶底板5，柔性PCB板位于硅胶面罩4与硅胶底板5之间，硅胶面罩4通过3M双面胶层固定在PCB板1的正面，硅胶底板5通过3M双面胶层固定在PCB板1的背面，PCB板1的背面设置有电源接口7以及HIDMI接口8；硅胶面罩4上设置有与LED发光单元2对应的灯槽（图未示），硅胶底板5上设置有与IC驱动芯片3位置对应的散热槽51，硅胶底板5上还设置有磁铁6以及向外凸起的散热柱52。

1.一种LED显示屏模组，包括有PCB板，与PCB板配合安装的LED灯发光单元、IC驱动芯片，其特征在于，所述PCB板为柔性PCB板，其正面装配有硅胶面罩，其背面装配有硅胶底板，柔性PCB板位于硅胶面罩与硅胶底板之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED显示屏模组，其特征在于，所述柔性PCB板正面与硅胶面罩之间设置有双面胶层，柔性PCB板背面与硅胶底板之间设置有双面胶层。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED显示屏模组，其特征在于，所述硅胶面罩设置有与LED灯对应的灯槽。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED显示屏模组，其特征在于，所述硅胶底板上设置有与IC驱动芯片位置对应的散热槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的LED显示屏模组，其特征在于，所述硅胶底板上设置有磁铁。
6.如权利要求1所述的LED显示屏模组，其特征在于，所述硅胶底板上设置有向外凸起的散热柱。
