本实用新型公开了一种喷水织机引纬机构的喷嘴装置，由多个喷嘴组件构成，每一所述喷嘴组件包括固定设置在安装架上的喷嘴座、设置在喷嘴座上的喷嘴主体、安装在喷嘴主体内的喷针，其特征在于：设有3—4个所述喷嘴组件，所述喷嘴组件中的喷针位于喷水织机的经线形成的开口的平分线上，各喷嘴组件的喷针排成一行。本实用新型增加了喷水织机的可织造花样，通过对水喷嘴座中的水流通道的设置，使得多个喷嘴组件的喷嘴主体可以并排设置在经线开口的平分线上，保证了织造的质量。

本实用新型涉及一种喷水织机的引纬机构，具体设计喷水织机引纬机构中的喷嘴装置，尤其是多个喷嘴的安装结构。
背景技术
目前，在织造行业，除保留了少量的有梭织机外，大量采用的是无梭织机，喷水织机是无梭织机中的一种，它通过喷出加压水流而使纬线进入经线之间，实现引纬。
在引纬机构中，由水泵吸水加压，受压的水流经喷嘴装置喷出，同时带动纬纱从织机的一侧引向另一侧。所述喷嘴装置通常包括喷嘴座、喷嘴主体和喷针，喷嘴座用于固定喷嘴装置，其内设置在与水泵连接的水流通道，喷嘴主体内设置喷针，用以喷射水流并导引纬线。
常见的引纬系统为单喷或双喷结构，即设有一个或两个喷嘴，而随着技术的发展，需要能够织造采用多种纬线的布料的喷水织机，因而，需要对喷水织机引纬机构的喷嘴装置进行改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的是提供一种喷水织机引纬机构的喷嘴装置，具有三个或四个喷嘴，以适应多种纬线布料的织造需求。
为达到上述发明目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种喷水织机引纬机构的喷嘴装置，由多个喷嘴组件构成，每一所述喷嘴组件包括固定设置在安装架上的喷嘴座、设置在喷嘴座上的喷嘴主体、安装在喷嘴主体内的喷针，设有3—4个所述喷嘴组件，所述喷嘴组件中的喷针位于喷水织机的经线形成的开口的平分线上，各喷嘴组件的喷针排成一行。
上述技术方案中，所述喷嘴座中设有水流通道，其中，位于两端的喷嘴组件中，喷嘴座中的水流通道向外侧水平布置，位于中间的喷嘴组件中，喷嘴座中的水流通道包括平行设置的进水段和连通进水段并竖直连接在喷嘴主体下方的上升段。
由于上述技术方案运用，本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
1．本实用新型设置3—4个喷嘴组件，从而可以使用3-4种纬线，增加了喷水织机的可织造花样。
2．本实用新型通过对水喷嘴座中的水流通道的设置，使得多个喷嘴组件的喷嘴主体可以并排设置在经线开口的平分线上，保证了织造的质量。

所述喷嘴座中设有水流通道5，其中，位于两端的喷嘴组件中，喷嘴座2中的水流通道5向外侧水平布置，位于中间的一个喷嘴组件中，喷嘴座2中的水流通道5包括平行设置的进水段6和连通进水段6并竖直连接在喷嘴主体3下方的上升段7。
实施例二：参见图3和图4所示，一种喷水织机引纬机构的喷嘴装置，由4个喷嘴组件构成，每一所述喷嘴组件包括固定设置在安装架1上的喷嘴座2、设置在喷嘴座2上的喷嘴主体3、安装在喷嘴主体3内的喷针4，所述喷嘴组件中的喷针4位于喷水织机的经线形成的开口的平分线上，各喷嘴组件的喷针4排成一行。

1. 一种喷水织机引纬机构的喷嘴装置，由多个喷嘴组件构成，每一所述喷嘴组件包括固定设置在安装架上的喷嘴座、设置在喷嘴座上的喷嘴主体、安装在喷嘴主体内的喷针，其特征在于：设有3—4个所述喷嘴组件，所述喷嘴组件中的喷针位于喷水织机的经线形成的开口的平分线上，各喷嘴组件的喷针排成一行。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的喷水织机引纬机构的喷嘴装置，其特征在于：所述喷嘴座中设有水流通道，其中，位于两端的喷嘴组件中，喷嘴座中的水流通道向外侧水平布置，位于中间的喷嘴组件中，喷嘴座中的水流通道包括平行设置的进水段和连通进水段并竖直连接在喷嘴主体下方的上升段。
