本实用新型公开了一种铅酸蓄电池滤酸装置,包括滤酸管、滤气片,所述滤酸管为空心圆柱形,所述滤气片设于所述滤酸管的上端,所述滤酸管内壁在不同高度交错间隔设有至少两个挡板。本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,既提高了电池的一致从而提高了产品的寿命,又过滤掉电池充电时析出气体内的酸雾成分,避免了电池充放电过程中酸液挥发过快,降低了对大气环境造成污染。

本实用新型涉及一种铅酸蓄电池滤酸装置,具体是涉及一种蓄电池充放电生产过程中所用的滤酸雾装置。
背景技术
目前在铅酸蓄电池充放电的生产过程中,加完液后电池是用开口充电(在电池上加一个开口的溢酸壶),在充放电过程中酸雾会挥发到空气中,对环境造成污染,另外酸液挥发快,造成电池酸浓度高,电池电压高,一致性差,影响电池寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种铅酸蓄电池滤酸装置,能够提高电池一致性,有效解决现有溢酸壶都是开口设置,酸雾容易挥发到空气中污染环境的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:铅酸蓄电池滤酸装置,包括滤酸管、滤气片,所述滤酸管为空心圆柱形,所述滤气片设于所述滤酸管的上端,所述滤酸管内壁在不同高度交错间隔设有至少两个挡板。
作为优选,所述挡板向所述滤酸管的下端倾斜。
作为优选,所述滤酸管的下端套设有密封胶嘴。
作为优选,所述滤气片由高分子材料制成。
作为优选,所述滤气片和滤酸管的上端通过热封或超声波焊接在一起。
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,既提高了电池的一致从而提高了产品的寿命,又过滤掉电池充电时析出气体内的酸雾成分,避免了电池充放电过程中酸液挥发过快,降低了对大气环境造成污染。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
图1所示为本实用新型铅酸蓄电池滤酸装置,包括滤酸管1、滤气片2,所述滤酸管1为空心圆柱形,所述滤气片2设于所述滤酸管的上端,滤气片上有透气孔,起释放内部压力作用。所述滤酸管1内壁在不同高度交错间隔设有两个挡板4。所述挡板4向所述滤酸管的下端倾斜,挡板阻挡部分酸气(酸雾)并使得这些酸气(酸雾)转化成酸滴再流回溢酸壶。所述滤酸管1的下端套设有密封胶嘴3,以便于滤酸管与溢酸壶密闭连接。所述滤气片2由高分子材料制成。所述滤气片2和滤酸管1的上端通过热封或超声波焊接在一起。

1.铅酸蓄电池滤酸装置,其特征在于:包括滤酸管(1)、滤气片(2),所述滤酸管(1)为空心圆柱形,所述滤气片(2)设于所述滤酸管的上端,所述滤酸管(1)内壁在不同高度交错间隔设有至少两个挡板(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述铅酸蓄电池滤酸装置,其特征在于:所述挡板(4)向所述滤酸管的下端倾斜。
3.根据权利要求1所述铅酸蓄电池滤酸装置,其特征在于:所述滤酸管(1)的下端套设有密封胶嘴(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述铅酸蓄电池滤酸装置,其特征在于:所述滤气片(2)由高分子材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述铅酸蓄电池滤酸装置,其特征在于:所述滤气片(2)和滤酸管(1)的上端通过热封或超声波焊接在一起。
