背景技术
现市场上PAR金卤灯普遍存在寿命短的现象,还比不上PAR卤钨灯。但PAR金卤灯其优异的光效是PAR卤钨灯无法替代的,因此市场急需一种具有较长使用寿命的PAR金卤灯。
发明内容
为提升PAR金卤灯寿命,本实用新型采用了新工艺,经燃点寿命试验,该PAR金卤灯平均寿命提升至6000h以上。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:陶瓷管外表面涂一层厚0.01-0.5mm的釉,堵塞住陶瓷管肉眼观察不到的细微孔隙;外管充入的氮氧混合气体,充入气体总压强在350-800Torr之间。
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以有效减缓PAR金卤灯燃点期间的钠损失现象,从而达到提升PAR金卤灯寿命的目的。

具体实施方式:
参照图1,将涂一层厚0.01-0.5mm釉的涂釉陶瓷管4装入外管,然后在外管1夹封过程中充入一定比例氮氧混合气体2,充入气体总压强在350-800Torr之间。将玻璃灯杯5通过硅粉与灯头6装配在一起,外管1插入灯头6,最后将玻璃杯盖3通过烘烤粘连在玻璃灯杯5。
