Abstract

一种烟气净化环保烟囱，烟囱内壁面连有一层花岗岩贴片壁，烟囱上端为出气口，烟囱的中上段均匀设置了一圈进水管，烟囱的下端左侧为进气口，烟囱的下端右侧为出尘口，出尘口与外面的水池相连接。本实用新型专利的技术效果：含尘气体从进气口沿切线进去，从下往上沿烟囱壁向上旋风上升；水流通过与烟囱壁面接触形成一层水膜，沿烟囱壁面从上往下流动；水膜与气体充分接触，对气体进行反复除尘，从而达到较高的除尘效率。

背景技术
花岗岩水膜除尘器在燃煤烟气净化领域很普遍，其基本原理一般为净化装置壁面上布有水膜，烟气沿切线进去后沿壁面上升，用尘粒的惯性与水膜对尘粒的粘附性达到除尘目的。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种烟气净化环保烟囱，即将脱硫除尘液体通过进水管流入烟囱内，并在壁面上形成一层水膜，利用尘粒的惯性与水膜对尘粒的粘附性，达到脱硫除尘目的。
本实用新型是这样来实现的，它包括进水管、出尘口、花岗岩贴片壁、进气口 、出气口、水池、烟囱，其特征是烟囱内壁面连有一层花岗岩贴片壁，烟囱上端为出气口，烟囱的中上段均匀设置了一圈进水管，烟囱的下端左侧为进气口，烟囱的下端右侧为出尘口，出尘口与外面的水池相连接。
本实用新型的技术效果是：硫除尘液体通过进水管流入烟囱内，并在壁面上形成一层水膜，利用尘粒的惯性与水膜对尘粒的粘附性，对烟气进行高效过滤，达到除去烟尘和脱硫的效果，结构简单，使用方便。

如图1、图2所示，本实用新型是这样来实现的，它包括进水管1、出尘口2、花岗岩贴片壁3、进气口4、出气口5、水池6、烟囱7，烟囱7内壁面连有一层花岗岩贴片壁3，烟囱7上端为出气口5，烟囱7的中上段均匀设置了一圈进水管1，烟囱7的下端左侧为进气口4，烟囱7的下端右侧为出尘口2，出尘口2与外面的水池6相连接。
