CN201120141003.9公告了一种“LED灯具”,它的目的是提供一种结构简单、大约在320度的大照射范围、灯光高利用率的LED灯具。该技术方案:该LED灯具,包括灯帽、与灯帽一体成型的灯头及灯头外壳、卡扣在灯头外壳嵌槽内的灯罩,灯头外壳的顶部呈一平台,其上设有PCB板,PCB板上设有若干个LED灯,所述灯罩内壁位于LED灯上方以抛物线轨迹旋转一周后成型上大、下小两开口的喇叭状内罩。其不足之处是:散热效率低,将LED光线向下照射时,照射度有限。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种通过喇叭状反光板组件使LED光线向下反射270度以上的光线,使得照射度具有较大范围并提高光源利用率的LED球泡结构。本实用新型的目的是提供一种在灯罩与灯体结合部设置环状的若干孔洞,以有效地排出灯罩内的热空气,以延长LED球泡使用寿命的LED球泡结构。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点:
(1)该LED球泡结构的灯罩与灯体结合部设置的孔洞,可有效地将灯罩内的热空气排出,以利于灯罩内散热。
(2)该LED球泡结构具有大约320度大范围照射角度,光源利用率高。
(3)喇叭状反光板使LED光线向下反射270度以上的光线,使得照射度具有较大的范围,提高了光源的利用率。
(4)将反光罩与反光罩支架直接固定在铝基板上时,由于铝基板温度很高,反光罩会因温度太高而变色,本实用新型第一种反光板组件则利用反光罩支架上面的卡扣把反光罩固定在铝基板上,这样不仅外形美观,还延长了反光罩的使用寿命。
(5)将反光罩在灯罩上固定时,灯罩部分需分上、下两部分,亮灯后灯罩不美观且生产因难,因而,本实用新型和第一、二种反光板组件则通过反光罩支架支脚的卡扣伸入所述平台环状嵌槽后由平台环状嵌槽顶部延伸的铝基板构成的钩扣锁合定位的方式,解决了所述问题。

所述反光罩支架由环状体、环状体底部垂直凸设的数个用于插装在所述平台环状嵌槽内的卡扣及连接卡扣与环状体的支脚、环状体内环边沿向下延伸而成型的喇叭状托架、环状体外环边沿凹设的数个与反光罩卡扣配合的定位槽组成;所述支脚的卡扣伸入所述平台环状嵌槽后由平台环状嵌槽顶部延伸的铝基板构成的凸钩锁合定位;
所述反光罩由环状体、环状体内环边沿向下延伸而成型的喇叭状罩体、环状体外环边沿凸设的数个与反光罩支架的定位槽配合的卡扣组成;
所述反光板组件由插设在所述铝基板延伸至所述平台位于边沿所设环状嵌槽成型的钩扣上的反光罩构成;所述反光罩由环状体、环状体底部垂直凸设的数个用于插装在所述钩扣内的卡扣及连接卡扣与环状体的支脚、环状体内环边沿向下延伸而成型上下贯通的喇叭状罩体构成;所述支脚的卡扣伸入所述平台环状嵌槽后由平台环状嵌槽顶部延伸的铝基板构成的钩扣锁合定位;
所述反光板组件由所述灯罩内壁位于LED灯上方以抛物线轨迹旋转一周后成型有上大、下小两开口的喇叭状反光板构成;所述灯罩与所述灯体的结合部设有使灯罩内的热空气排出呈环状排列的若干孔洞;所述灯罩由上灯罩、下灯罩组成;喇叭状反光板夹设在所述上灯罩与下灯罩之间;所述灯罩与所述灯体的结合部的若干孔洞设置在下灯罩的底部或者设置在灯体的顶部;所述喇叭状反光板的上端沿插设在所述上灯罩与所述下灯罩的内面环状嵌槽内。
