本实用新型涉及一种除铁装置，具体涉及一种电磁除铁装置。 
背景技术
电磁除铁装置是一种用于清除散状非磁性物料中铁件的电磁设备，通电产生的强大磁力将混杂在物料中的铁件吸起后由卸铁皮带抛出，达到自动清除的目的，目前公司使用的电磁除铁装置是将电磁除铁装置放置于输送皮带上方约15厘米处，仅能去除物料表层铁质。为了增强除铁效果，必须根据物料高度适时调整电磁除铁装置的高度，电磁除铁装置高度过高时除铁效果差，过低时又易阻挡物料，造成物料堆积后从输送皮带上滑落。为此，公司专门安排四人二十四小时不间断看管，随时调整电磁除铁装置的高度。即使如此，除铁效果依然很差，锅炉进入较多铁质，高温加热后铁质软化，粘结于炉床，再与其它燃烧不尽的杂物混合，破坏锅炉正常流化，因为此原因停炉占总停炉次数的60%～70%，给后续的安全生产带来了严重威胁。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述不足，设计了一种电磁除铁装置，目的在于：提供一种结构简单、使用方便、除铁效果较好的电磁除铁装置。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是： 
一种电磁除铁装置，其特征在于：所述电磁除铁装置倾斜设置在输送皮带与落料口之间。
所述电磁除铁装置放置倾角为30°～70°。 
本实用新型的有益效果： 
本实用新型应用于非铁磁性颗粒或粉状物料在皮带输送过程中，自动清除其中含有的铁及其化合物，以减少物料中的铁杂质，具有自动化程度高、除铁效果好、使用和维护方便、省时省力的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步的描述。 
如图1所示，改进前的电磁除铁装置，电磁除铁装置1水平放置在输送皮带2上方约十五厘米处，物料经输送皮带2输送至落料口3，电磁除铁装置1对输送皮带2上的物料进行处理，由于电磁除铁装置1与物料4表面的相差距离较大导致除铁效果较差。 
如图2所示，改进后的电磁除铁装置，电磁除铁装置1倾斜设置在输送皮带2与落料口3之间，电磁除铁装置1放置倾角为30°～70°。根据直流励磁的电磁铁对铁质的吸引力与电磁铁到铁质的距离的平方成反比的原理，物料经输送皮带2输送，从电磁除铁装置1上滑落之后再进入落料口3，使得物料4与电磁除铁装置1充分接触， 以便于电磁除铁装置1对物料4进行处理。
