本实用新型涉及一种电抗器用换位导线,具体为一种超高压电抗器用铝换位导线。
背景技术
现有技术中的普通电抗器采用普通铝线单根绕制,线间承受10伏以下电压值,不能满足超高压输变电的要求。
普通铝线多根绕制时,由于股间产生绕制的不等长影响线间的电阻不平,从而导致涡流损耗过大,这样不仅导致能源的浪费,而且发热温升带来较大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能承受超高压,同时对外界无影响,又不会被外界干扰的超高压电抗器用铝换位导线。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:超高压电抗器用铝换位导线,其特征在于:包括由多根导体组成的线芯,每根导体包括铝导线和包覆在铝导线外的至少一层聚酰亚胺薄膜,在所述线芯外依次包覆有至少一层耐电晕聚酰亚胺薄膜和一层无纺布复合聚酰亚胺薄膜。
本实用新型的有益效果:
1、本实用新型采用∅9.5铝杆经过拉丝后形成圆铝裸线作为单根导体,在单根导线外包覆两层0.05mm聚酰亚胺薄膜,可使线间电压达到10000伏以上。
2、本实用新型在最终产品外增加耐电晕和变频材料,使产品最终自身承受超高压的同时,对外界无影响,又不会被外界干扰;
3、本实用新型绕制的电抗器具有超强的耐压能力;
4、本实用新型绕制的电抗器在大功率使用条件下无涡流损耗;
5、本实用新型绕制的电抗器工作时噪音小,温升慢。

如图1所示,本实用新型包括由多根导体1组成的线芯2,每根导体1包括铝导线3和包覆在铝导线3外的两层聚酰亚胺薄膜4,在所述线芯2外依次包覆有两层耐电晕聚酰亚胺薄膜5和一层无纺布复合聚酰亚胺薄膜6。
