如图1所示,一种扁平屏蔽电缆,包括有导体1,所述的导体1外侧包覆有绝缘层2,绝缘层2内部设有扇形绝缘骨架3,还包括有十字形绝缘骨架4,将四个包有绝缘层2的导体1分别放在所述的十字形绝缘骨架4的四个空间内,在十字形绝缘骨架4的外侧依次包覆有镀锡铝箔编织层5和铝箔麦拉6构成缆芯,在镀锡铝箔编织层5与十字形绝缘骨架4之间还设有撕裂线7,将多个缆芯并列放置并在外侧依次包覆有耐磨层8和绝缘护套9。
