背景技术
    印染机械中开铗轮是定形机上的关键零件，通过线切割加工，由于其形状比较复杂，检测时既要测量开铗轮的直径，又要测量开铗轮上各个齿是否等分，齿形是否符合要求，检测费事又费力，检测效果也不太理想。 
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷提供一种快速、简便检测开铗轮加工质量的开铗轮检测量具。 
本实用新型为实现上述目的，采用如下技术方案： 
一种开铗轮检测量具，其特征在于：所述量具为圆盘形，中心设置有定位柱，盘体上具有开铗轮形状的凹槽。
本实用新型使用时将开铗轮放置在量具的定位柱上，通过观察其是否与量具上的凹槽相匹配，从而快速、简便的检测出线切割的开铗轮是否符合要求。

如图1所示一种开铗轮检测量具，所述量具为圆盘形，中心设置有定位柱1，盘体上具有开铗轮形状的凹槽2。
