本实用新型涉及一种手工具，尤其涉及一种简易袜子检测板。
背景技术
在袜子生产完成后，有一道检测袜子是否有漏针、钩线或其它产品质量问题的程序，需要把袜子套在一块尽可能把袜子撑开的检测板上，检验工人需要对袜子两面都进行检测，看看是否有质量瑕疵。但现有的检测板是一片固定的叶板，要想检测两面需要手动把检测板翻转一下才能检测。这个检测程序有些只需要对其中一批袜子进行抽检，有时则需要对整批袜子进行检测，所以工作量非常大。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种结构简单，方便操作的简易袜子检测板。
一种简易袜子检测板，主要包括袜板和板柄，所述的板柄为圆柱形，板柄端头装有轴承。板柄圆柱形能够与轴承的内圈更好的吻合，与轴承连接后，能使袜板相对于轴承外圈自由转动。
所述的袜板端头为弧形，是为了更好的使袜板端头与袜头的形状吻合，不致损坏袜子。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型为一种简易袜子检测板，主要包括互相连接袜板1和板柄2，所述的板柄2设为圆柱形，在板柄2的末端装一个轴承3，板柄2与轴承3内圈紧密吻合，使袜板1能相对于轴承3外圈自由转动。袜板1的另一端头设为弧形，能与袜头的形状更好吻合。
该实用新型的工作过程如下：先把轴承3的外圈简易固定于某一工作台上，需要检测袜子时就把袜子套在袜板1上，当检测完一面时就把袜板1转一下，检测袜子的另一面，转动灵活，方便快捷。

1.一种简易袜子检测板，主要包括袜板(1)和板柄(2)，其特征在于所述的板柄(2)为圆柱形，板柄端头装有轴承(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种简易袜子检测板，其特征在于：所述的袜板(1)端头为弧形。
