本实用新型涉及一种热交换器,尤其涉及一种带有折流板的热交换器。
背景技术
热交换器是将热流体的部分热量传递给冷流体的设备,是化工、石油、动力、食品及其它许多工业部门的通用设备。普通热交换器采用管壳结构,在管壳内设置铜管,在铜管内通入热流体,在管壳内充满冷流体,冷流体从进口端进入,从出口端流出,铜管的壁面即为传热面,带走铜管内热流体的热量,使热流体的温度降低,从而实现热量的传递。铜管表面积的大小直接影响到传热效果,另外管壳内的冷流体的流动性也对热传递效率产生一定的影响。

本实用新型包括管壳、设于管壳两端的前端盖与后端盖、设于管壳上的进油法兰与出油法兰,所述管壳内设有换热管,所述换热管外周设有翅片,所述管壳内间隔设有折流板。
由于本实用新型中的换热管外周设有翅片,可以增大换热表面积,从而提高热传递效率;同时管壳内间隔设有折流板,可有效改善冷流体的流动性,避免死角的产生。
