本实用新型涉及轴承的技术领域,尤其是一种双列满滚子轴承。
背景技术
在高铬轴承钢中,对于内圈和孔的固定方式都是采用高频退火处理直接“温挤压”铆钉锁紧,这样的方式存在的缺点是高铬轴承钢内圈高频退火处理后会影响轴承内滚道的精度,而且完成后的内圈和孔的颜色方面也存在差异,破坏外观的整体性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中之不足,提供一种双列满滚子轴承。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双列满滚子轴承,固定在孔的外侧,具有外圈和设置在外圈内侧的滚子,滚子的内侧设有通过热铆压固定在孔的外侧的内圈,在外圈与内圈的接触处设有密封圈和挡圈。
所述的密封圈所用材料为带骨架丁腈橡胶。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单,内圈与孔采用热铆压锁紧的固定方式,可以使孔的边缘不开裂、不起皱,而且在其他方面也不会存在差异。

轴承装配完成后属于轴承内外圈不分离结构,热铆压这种固定方法取决于适宜的壁厚、配合间隙及尺寸链控制。

2.根据权利要求1所述的双列满滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的密封圈(4)所用材料为带骨架丁腈橡胶。
