本实用新型公开了一种用于止水铜框的密封结构，包括铸铁门框、铸铁门叶、固定在铸铁门框上的第一止水铜框、固定在铸铁门叶上与铸铁门框上的第一止水铜框密封配合的第二止水铜框，所述第一止水铜框和第二止水铜框上设有螺孔，所述第一止水铜框通过设置在螺孔内的螺钉固定在铸铁门框上，所述第二止水铜框通过设置在螺孔内的螺钉固定在铸铁门叶上，其特征在于：在所述螺孔内、螺钉的外部设有密封灌铅层。本实用新型中，在止水铜框上有螺孔内、螺钉外部设有密封灌铅层，可以有效的防止螺钉锈蚀脱落，保证了闸门的使用寿命，而且可以降低铜板摩擦阻力，使闸门使用方便快捷，使用铜板作为止水材料提高了闸门的耐磨损的能力，使之不容易损坏。

本实用新型属于铸铁闸门止水铜框结构，具体涉及一种用于止水铜框的密封结构。 
背景技术
现有技术的闸门均采用橡胶进行止水，然而采用橡胶止水存在一定的不足，如封水不严密，容易漏水；而且不耐磨损，容易损坏；使用寿命短；耐腐蚀性差。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于止水铜框的密封结构，可以有效的提高闸门的使用寿命，耐磨损，不容易损坏。 
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是提供一种用于止水铜框的密封结构，包括铸铁门框、铸铁门叶、固定在铸铁门框上的第一止水铜框、固定在铸铁门叶上与铸铁门框上的第一止水铜框密封配合的第二止水铜框，所述第一止水铜框和第二止水铜框上设有螺孔，所述第一止水铜框通过设置在螺孔内的螺钉固定在铸铁门框上，所述第二止水铜框通过设置在螺孔内的螺钉固定在铸铁门叶上，在所述螺孔内、螺钉的外部设有密封灌铅层。 
所述第一止水铜框与铸铁门框之间设有第一防水密封层，所述第二止水铜框与铸铁门叶之间设有第二防水密封层。 
所述第一止水铜框、第二止水铜框由顶板、底板和两个侧板组成，顶板和底板的两端分别与两个侧板的顶部和底部的接触面间设有紧定螺钉，在顶板与两个侧板顶部、底板与两个侧板底部的接触面间以及紧定螺钉外部设有缝隙灌铅层。 
本实用新型具有积极的效果： 本实用新型中，在止水铜框上有螺孔内、螺钉外部设有密封灌铅层，可以有效的防止螺钉锈蚀脱落，保证了闸门的使用寿命，而且可以降低铜板摩擦阻力，使闸门使用方便快捷，使用铜板作为止水材料提高了闸门的耐磨损的能力，使之不容易损坏；在本实用新型中，在第一止水铜框与铸铁门框之间设有第一防水密封层，所述第二止水铜框与铸铁门叶之间设有第二防水密封层，可以起到了封水的作用，又能承担门叶水压力，且止水铜框可用于水质较差的环境，耐腐蚀性能优于钢闸门；在止水铜框的顶板、底板和两个侧板的接触面间设有缝隙灌铅层，可以有效的提高封水性能，密封性能好。

具体实施方式

图1至图3显示了本实用新型的一种具体实施方式，其中图1为本实用新型的结构示意图；图2为图1所示的用于止水铜框的密封结构的横向截面图；图3为图1所示的用于止水铜框的密封结构中螺钉固定的局部放大示意图。
见图1至图3，一种用于止水铜框的密封结构，包括铸铁门框1、铸铁门叶2、固定在铸铁门框1上的第一止水铜框3、固定在铸铁门叶2上与铸铁门框1上的第一止水铜框3相配合的第二止水铜框4，第一止水铜框3和第二止水铜框4上设有螺孔5，第一止水铜框3通过设置在螺孔5内的螺钉6固定在铸铁门框1上，第二止水铜框4通过设置在螺孔5内的螺钉6固定在铸铁门叶2上，在螺孔5内、螺钉6的外部设有密封灌铅层7。在止水铜框上有螺孔内、螺钉外部设有密封灌铅层，可以有效的防止螺钉锈蚀脱落，保证了闸门的使用寿命，而且可以降低铜板摩擦阻力，使闸门使用方便快捷，使用铜板作为止水材料提高了闸门的耐磨损的能力，使之不容易损坏。 
第一止水铜框3与铸铁门框1之间设有第一防水密封层8，第二止水铜框4与铸铁门叶2之间设有第二防水密封层9。防水密封层可以到了封水的作用，又能承担门叶水压力，且止水铜框可用于水质较差的环境，耐腐蚀性能优于钢闸门。 
第一止水铜框3、第二止水铜框4由顶板、底板和两个侧板组成，顶板和底板的两端分别与两个侧板的顶部和底部的接触面间设有紧定螺钉，在顶板与两个侧板顶部、底板与两个侧板底部的接触面间以及紧定螺钉外部设有缝隙灌铅层。顶板设置在门叶或门框的顶部，两侧板设置在门叶或门框的两侧，底板设置在门叶或门框的底部，在顶板与两个侧板顶部、底板与两个侧板底部的接触面间设有缝隙灌铅层，可以有效的防止止水铜框的各板之间漏水。

1.一种用于止水铜框的密封结构，包括铸铁门框、铸铁门叶、固定在铸铁门框上的第一止水铜框、固定在铸铁门叶上与铸铁门框上的第一止水铜框密封配合的第二止水铜框，所述第一止水铜框和第二止水铜框上设有螺孔，所述第一止水铜框通过设置在螺孔内的螺钉固定在铸铁门框上，所述第二止水铜框通过设置在螺孔内的螺钉固定在铸铁门叶上，其特征在于： 在所述螺孔内、螺钉的外部设有密封灌铅层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于止水铜框的密封结构，其特征在于：所述第一止水铜框与铸铁门框之间设有第一防水密封层，所述第二止水铜框与铸铁门叶之间设有第二防水密封层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于止水铜框的密封结构，其特征在于：所述第一止水铜框、第二止水铜框由顶板、底板和两个侧板组成，顶板和底板的两端分别与两个侧板的顶部和底部的接触面间设有紧定螺钉，在顶板与两个侧板顶部、底板与两个侧板底部的接触面间以及紧定螺钉外部设有缝隙灌铅层。
