本实用新型涉及一种翻板坝，尤其涉及用于控制翻板坝闸门角度的翻板坝锁紧限位装置。 
背景技术
翻板坝在使用过程中为了控制水流的大小或者为了制造瀑布的效果会将闸门的开在某一位置，这时候就需要利用到做紧限位装置。现有技术中，锁紧限位装置在锁定的时候需要对准位置定位置后才可以锁定，操作不方便，不能够随机角度调节。 
发明内容
发明目的：本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种可以控制翻板坝任意角度开启的翻板坝锁紧限位装置。 
技术方案：为了实现上述发明目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为： 
一种翻板坝锁紧限位装置，包括底轴和设置于底轴的闸门，还包括缆绳，所述的缆绳与闸门连接，缆绳另一端缠绕着设置有驱动装置的带轮。 
所述的驱动装置为减速机或者液压装置。 
所述的减速机为蜗轮蜗杆减速机。 
所述的缆绳为钢缆。 
有益效果：本实用新型与现有技术相比，其有益效果是： 
1、驱动装置驱动带轮旋转，控制缆绳伸出的长度，从而控制翻板坝开启的角度，缆绳可以任意长度从而闸门可以任意角度的开启，控制方便，结构合理； 
2、驱动装置为蜗轮蜗杆减速机，具有速比高，扭力大等优点，且带有自锁功能，在用作驱动闸门启闭的动力设备的同时还可以用作锁定装置，机械自锁更加稳定性，不会压力损失而产生滑移。

如图1所示，一种翻板坝锁紧限位装置，其特征在于：包括底轴1和设置于底轴的闸门2，还包括缆绳3，所述的缆绳与闸门连接，缆绳另一端缠绕着设置有驱动装置的带轮4，所述的驱动装置为减速机，所述的减速机为蜗轮蜗杆减速机，缆绳3为钢缆。驱动装置还可以采用液压装置。

1.一种翻板坝锁紧限位装置，其特征在于：包括底轴（1）和设置于底轴的闸门（2），还包括缆绳（3），所述的缆绳与闸门连接，缆绳另一端缠绕着设置有驱动装置的带轮（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的翻板坝锁紧限位装置，其特征在于：所述的驱动装置为减速机或者液压装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的翻板坝锁紧限位装置，其特征在于：所述的减速机为蜗轮蜗杆减速机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的翻板坝锁紧限位装置，其特征在于：所述的缆绳为钢缆。
