背景技术
热敏打印机的工作原理是打印头上安装有半导体加热元件,打印头加热并接触热敏打印纸后就可以打印出需要的图案,其原理与热敏式传真机类似。热敏打印机的打印头是热敏打印机的关键部件。习用的打印头主要由机体、安装板和弹簧组成,弹簧通过螺钉固定在安装板上。由于这种结构需通过螺钉固定弹簧,装配起来较为复杂,而且起限位作用的螺钉在长期的使用过程中由于打印头的震动容易脱落,使用寿命较短。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,所述的弹簧1为压缩弹簧,由弹簧丝绕制而成。在弹簧1的中央设有一起限位作用的限位杆11,该限位杆11由弹簧丝尾端的延伸段构成且与弹簧1中心线O重合。
本实用新型的重点就在于:在弹簧的中央设有一起限位作用的限位杆。
