背景技术
汽车开关结构组装过程中,当弹簧受力时,施力按钮受力不均,易导致开关处于不连续的断路状态。尤其是对于汽车鸣笛开关,开关处于有时通路有时断路状态,易造成难以想象的后果。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种开关座,能够有效地解决现有技术上开关由于按钮受力不均,从而使开关处于不连续的断路状态的问题。     
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型通过以下述技术方案得以解决:一种开关座,包括固定座,在所述的固定座上设置有弹簧套筒,所述的弹簧套筒内安装有弹簧和按钮,所述的按钮位于所述的弹簧上方,所述的弹簧套筒内与所述的固定座接触的一端呈喇叭口状。这样的在弹簧套筒内喇叭口状的设置,有效地避免弹簧在压缩回弹时被卡住,进而导致开关性能失效的问题。
为了取得更好的技术效果,进一步的技术改进还包括,在所述的固定座上设置有推力杆,所述的推力杆位于所述的弹簧的下方,所述的推力杆上设置有圆盘。这样的设置,能够使开关的推力杆受力均匀,避免开关处于不连续的断路状态。
为了取得更好的技术效果,进一步的技术改进还包括,所述的圆盘的直径大于所述弹簧的外径。这样的设置,使得弹簧不会被推力杆卡住,从而保证开关的工作性能。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:有效地避免了弹簧在压缩回弹时被卡住,进而导致开关性能失效的问题,并且能够使开关的按钮施力均匀,使开关不会出现不连续的断路状态,保证了开关的工作性能。

见图1所示:一种开关座,包括固定座1,在所述的固定座1上设置有弹簧套筒2,所述的弹簧套筒2内安装有弹簧3和按钮4,所述的按钮4位于所述的弹簧3上方,所述的弹簧套筒2内与所述的固定座1接触的一端呈喇叭口状,这样的在弹簧套筒2内喇叭口状的设置,有效地避免弹簧3在压缩回弹时被卡住,进而导致开关性能失效的问题。在所述的固定座1上设置有推力杆5,所述的推力杆5位于所述的弹簧3的下方,所述的推力杆5上设置有圆盘51,这样的设置,能够使开关的推力杆受力均匀,避免开关处于不连续的断路状态。所述的圆盘51的直径大于所述弹簧3的外径。
本实用新型有效地避免了弹簧3在压缩回弹时被卡住,进而导致开关性能失效的问题,并且能够使开关的按钮4施力均匀,使开关不会出现不连续的断路状态,保证了开关的工作性能。

1.一种开关座,包括固定座(1),在所述的固定座(1)上设置有弹簧套筒(2),所述的弹簧套筒(2)内安装有弹簧(3)和按钮(4),所述的按钮(4)位于所述的弹簧(3)上方,其特征在于:所述的弹簧套筒(2)内与所述的固定座(1)接触的一端呈喇叭口状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种开关座,其特征在于:在所述的固定座(1)上设置有推力杆(5),所述的推力杆(5)位于所述的弹簧(3)的下方,所述的推力杆(5)上设置有圆盘(51)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种开关座,其特征在于:所述的圆盘(51)的直径大于所述弹簧(3)的外径。
