Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种汇流条隐藏式太阳能组件。目前,国内外光伏企业所生产的太阳能电池组件在层叠和层压的过程中,暴露的汇流条会出现移位、反卷等现象,影响组件的美观性。本实用新型包括依次层压构成的正面玻璃、EVA、电池片、EVA和白色的不透光的TPT背板,电池片之间通过互联条连接成电池串,电池串与电池串之间通过汇流条连接,其特征在于所述汇流条有引出线的一端设有遮挡层,所述另一端的互联条延伸至电池片的背部,连接该端互联条的汇流条也设置在电池片背部。本实用新型在光伏组件一端汇流条部分增加遮挡层,另一端把焊带隐藏在电池片的下面,这样在保护汇流条的同时,透过正面玻璃就看不到汇流条部分,提升组件的美观性。

本实用新型涉及太阳能电池组件技术领域,具体涉及一种汇流条隐藏式太阳能组件。 
背景技术
目前,国内外光伏企业所生产的太阳能电池组件包括普通组件、双玻组件以及中空组件,这些组件都可以透过玻璃直接看到汇流条。互联条和汇流条的焊接表面也清晰可见,在层叠和层压的过程中,暴露的汇流条会出现移位、反卷等现象,影响组件的美观性。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种汇流条隐藏式太阳能组件,能完全隐藏汇流条和互联条的焊接表面,美观性好,利于销售。 
为此,本实用新型采取如下技术方案:一种汇流条隐藏式太阳能组件,包括依次层压构成的正面玻璃、EVA、电池片、EVA和白色的不透光的TPT背板,电池片之间通过互联条连接成电池串,电池串与电池串之间通过汇流条连接,其特征在于所述汇流条有引出线的一端设有遮挡层,所述另一端的互联条延伸至电池片的背部,连接该端互联条的汇流条也设置在电池片背部。 
所述另一端汇流条上设置隔离背板。 
所述的遮挡层为白色塑料板或是塑料膜。 
本实用新型在光伏组件一端汇流条部分增加遮挡层,另一端把焊带隐藏在电池片的下面,这样在保护汇流条的同时,透过正面玻璃就看不到汇流条部分,提升组件的美观性。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。 
如图1所示汇流条隐藏式太阳能组件,包括依次层压构成的正面玻璃1、EVA2、电池片4、EVA2和白色的不透光的TPT背板7,电池片4之间通过互联条3连接成电池串,电池串与电池串之间通过汇流条5连接,汇流条5有引出线的一端设有遮挡层8,另一端的互联条3延伸至电池片4的背部,连接该端互联条3的汇流条5也设置在电池片4背部,该端汇流条5上设置隔离背板6,遮挡层8为白色塑料板或是塑料膜。 
需要特别指出的是,上述实施例的方式仅限于描述实施例,但本实用新型不止局限于上述方式,且本领域的技术人员据此可在不脱离本实用新型的范围内方便的进行修饰,因此本实用新型的范围应当包括本实用新型所揭示的原理和新特征的最大范围。

1.一种汇流条隐藏式太阳能组件,包括依次层压构成的正面玻璃、EVA、电池片、EVA和白色的不透光的TPT背板,电池片之间通过互联条连接成电池串,电池串与电池串之间通过汇流条连接,其特征在于所述汇流条有引出线的一端设有遮挡层,所述另一端的互联条延伸至电池片的背部,连接该端互联条的汇流条也设置在电池片背部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汇流条隐藏式太阳能组件,其特征在于所述另一端汇流条上设置隔离背板。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的汇流条隐藏式太阳能组件,其特征在于所述的遮挡层为白色塑料板或是塑料膜。
