Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种隐藏汇流条的光伏组件,包括正面玻璃、电池片和背面玻璃,电池片之间通过焊带连接成电池串,各电池串之间通过汇流条连接,在汇流条的正面和/或反面增设彩色或黑白的塑料板或塑料膜。在保护汇流条的同时,透过玻璃或者透明背板就看不到汇流条部分,遮挡条的颜色可以选择和电池片的颜色相匹配,让组件更加美观。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种隐藏汇流条的光伏组件。 
背景技术
目前,国内外光伏企业所生产的BIPV组件包括双玻组件、中空组件和普通组件都能透过玻璃直接看到汇流条。焊带和汇流条的焊接表面清晰可见,直接暴露的汇流条在叠层层压时会出现的移位、反卷现象,影响美观。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种隐藏汇流条的光伏组件,保护汇流条,让组件更加美观,并且不影响组件的功率和透光性。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种隐藏汇流条的光伏组件,包括正面玻璃、电池片和背面玻璃,电池片之间通过焊带连接成电池串,各电池串之间通过汇流条连接,在汇流条的正面和/或反面增设遮挡层。 
遮挡层为彩色或黑白的塑料板或塑料膜。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:在光伏组件两端汇流条部分的正、反面增加的彩色或黑白的塑料条或塑料膜后,在保护汇流条的同时,透过玻璃或者透明背板就看不到汇流条部分,遮挡条的颜色可以选择和电池片的颜色相匹配,让组件更加美观。

具体实施方式
一种隐藏汇流条的光伏组件,包括正面玻璃1、电池片2和背面玻璃3,电池片2之间通过焊带4连接成电池串,各电池串之间通过汇流条5连接,在汇流条5的正面和/或反面增设遮挡层6。遮挡层6为彩色或黑白的塑料板或塑料膜。如图1所示的是在汇流条的正面部分增加彩色或黑白塑料板或塑料膜。彩色或黑白塑料板或塑料膜的形状为矩形,长度尺寸和左右电池片各外侧面一致;距离横向电池片边缘2~10mm。 

Claims (2)

1.一种隐藏汇流条的光伏组件,其特征是:包括正面玻璃(1)、电池片(2)和背面玻璃(3),电池片(2)之间通过焊带(4)连接成电池串,各电池串之间通过汇流条(5)连接,其特征是:在汇流条(5)的正面和/或反面增设遮挡层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隐藏汇流条的光伏组件,其特征是:所述的遮挡层(6)为彩色或黑白的塑料板或塑料膜。
