本实用新型涉及广泛应用于输变电行业中的一种电力电容器注油盖板。现有的电力电容器配置有一体式的盖板,盖板上不开有注油孔,且注油孔通常开在电容器侧部,采用侧面注油,注油后都需锡焊密封,导致注油操作麻烦,且一经注油密封使用后,电容器不能二次加油,重复使用。本实用新型包括盖板,盖板表面设置两个装配电容器的安装孔,所述的两个安装孔之间设置了两个注油孔。所述的盖板上设有对称的加强筋。所述注油孔的水平面低于盖板平面,所述安装孔的水平面高于盖板平面。本实用新型在盖板上设置了两个注油孔,能有效提高注油效率,方便两个电容器同时注油,盖板上增设加强筋,有效提升盖板的机械强度,扩大适用范围。

背景技术
现有的电力电容器配置有一体式的盖板,盖板上不开有注油孔,且注油孔通常开在电容器侧部,采用侧面注油,注油后都需锡焊密封,导致注油操作麻烦,且一经注油密封使用后,电容器不能二次加油,重复使用。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种电力电容器注油盖板,注油方便且高效。 
为此,本实用新型采取如下技术方案:一种电力电容器注油盖板,其特征在于包括盖板,盖板表面设置两个装配电容器的安装孔,所述的两个安装孔之间设置了两个注油孔。 
所述的盖板上设有对称的加强筋。 
所述注油孔的水平面低于盖板平面,所述安装孔的水平面高于盖板平面。 
本实用新型在盖板上设置了两个注油孔,能有效提高注油效率,方便两个电容器同时注油,盖板上增设加强筋,有效提升盖板的机械强度,扩大适用范围。

如图1所示的电力电容器注油盖板,包括铝制盖板1,盖板1表面设置两个装配电容器的安装孔2,两个安装孔2之间设置了两个注油孔3。盖板1上设有对称的条形加强筋4。注油孔3的水平面低于盖板1平面,安装孔2的水平面高于盖板平面1。
