本实用新型属于机械加工领域中的辅助检测设备,具体涉及的是一种零件同心度检测器。 
背景技术:
现有的轴类零件加工过程中套柱偏差过大,可能导致加工的轴类零件内外圆同心度不符合要求,从而影响产品品质,由于零件一般均为批量加工,故一旦出错,损失巨大。现有技术中没有针对此类误差检测的简单设备,普通设备的体积都很庞大。操作和使用都非常的不方便。特别是针对中间成品而非成品的检测。 
发明内容:
针对现有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以克服上述缺陷的,可以快速检测零件同心度的检测器。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种零件同心度检测器,关键在于所述零件同心度检测器包括一支架,所述的支架上设有至少一组的连接套,所述的连接套包括两段同心设置的套柱,所述的套柱分别设置在支架的两侧,所述的两段套柱均为等直径的空心圆柱体,所述的两段套柱中间设置有一测量表放置架。 
所述的各组的连接套的管套内径均不相同。 
实用新型的零件同心度检测器,能快速方便的检测出轴类同心度情况,在批量生产加工中,能有效的做好首检和抽检,提升了工作效率,保证了产品品质,采用两个同轴设置的固定连接套,使被测试的轴类零件可在连 接套内自由转动,同时配合测量表,可测量的优点。

具体实施方式:
如图1至图2所示,一种零件同心度检测器,所述零件同心度检测器包括一支架1,所述的支架上设有至少一组的连接套2,所述的连接套包括两段同心设置的套柱,所述的套柱分别设置在支架的两侧,所述的两段套柱均为等直径的空心圆柱体,所述的两段套柱中间设置有一测量表放置架11。 
所述的多组的连接套的管套内径均不相同。本实用新型的方案由不同规格的连接套2及支架1等组成,设计简单,操作方便。 
使用时,将轴类零件套在检测器对应的连接套2上,然后用百分表放在测量表放置架11上,指针对准零件的外径,手动轻轻转动零件,对同圆度进行检测。轴类零件与检测器上的导柱为过渡配合,从而保证检测精度。

1.一种零件同心度检测器,其特征在于所述零件同心度检测器包括一支架(1),所述的支架上设有至少一组的连接套(2),所述的连接套包括两段同心设置的套柱,所述的套柱分别设置在支架的两侧,所述的两段套柱均为等直径的空心圆柱体,所述的两段套柱中间设置有一测量表放置架(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的零件同心度检测器,其特征在于所述的多组的连接套的管套内径均不相同。
