本实用新型（难燃硬泡聚氨酯防火保温装饰一体化系统）涉及一种保温装饰材料，尤其是涉及一种广泛用于建筑物墙体上的保温装饰板。
背景技术
建筑节能是我国政府近年来大力倡导的可持续发展战略和科教兴国战略的一个重要方面，有助于能源节约和环境保护。因此大力发展节能型建筑已成为共识。
我国在1986年发布试行了第一部“民用建筑节能设计标准”，之后针对我国国情，制定了不同的建筑节能设计标准，来满足国家建筑节能65%的要求。
目前主要使用的建筑保温材料为聚苯泡沫，也有极少量使用聚氨酯泡沫。聚苯泡沫和聚氨酯泡沫本身的阻燃性能和大剂量的产烟毒性难以满足现代消防的要求。此外，建筑节能保温材料在节能及质量方面的要求不断提高，使得传统的建筑节能保温材料的节能效果以及施工安装质量面临巨大难题。
综合分析，传统的建筑节能保温材料存在如下问题：1.易燃、毒烟大、耐温性能差；2.工序多，质量不可控；3.施工工期长，受环境气候影响大；4.工业化程度低；5.饰面存在质量和安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种克服现有技术缺陷的、解决传统建筑节能保温材料易燃及毒烟大等缺点的保温装饰板。本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种保温装饰板，它的保温层贴覆饰面层，保温层为难燃硬泡聚氨酯板。保温层与饰面层的贴覆为现有技术。本实用新型所要解决的技术问题还可进一步通过如下技术方案加以解决：饰面层为仿石涂料；仿石涂料为水包水多彩涂料。难燃硬泡聚氨酯板、水包水多彩涂料均可在中国国内市场购得。本实用新型的水包水多彩涂料的厚度为0.5～2mm，保温层的厚度为20～100mm。本实用新型采用湿贴和锚固相结合的方式挂于建筑物墙体上，湿贴过程采用砂浆。本实用新型的难燃硬泡聚氨酯板具有交联结构，是不溶不熔的聚合物，具有阻燃、导热系数低，质轻、绝热、耐热、尺寸稳定性优良、低毒低烟、抗火焰穿透、保温、耐腐抗老化、防水防湿等特性，具有较强的环保、节能效果；水包水多彩涂料可以仿出各种天然的花岗岩色泽，具有逼真的仿石效果，同时具有优异的耐候性，色泽稳定、装饰华美，使用寿命达到15年以上。本实用新型经有关部门检测，其导热系数为0.017～0.025W/(m·k)，抗拉强度大于0.12Mpa，压缩强度大于0.10MPa，燃烧性能级别B1级。[r1] 实用新型由于采用上述技术方案，整板的重量极轻，不仅减轻了建筑物的负担，也减少了质量隐患、安全隐患，具有硬度高、抗弯、抗冲击等优点，安装、更换维护都相当简单和方便，安装速度快，大大缩短了施工工期，减少了交叉污染，节约了建筑成本。

具体实施方式
实施例1：参照图1，本实用新型的饰面层1贴覆在保温层2上，饰面层1为水包水多彩涂料层，其厚度为0.5～2mm、优选0.8mm，保温层2采用难燃硬泡聚氨酯板，其厚度为20～100 mm、优选35 mm。
本实用新型经有关部门检测，达到或超过GB50404-2007《硬泡聚氨酯保温防水工程技术规范》的规定，性能参数见下表：
