背景技术
目前市场上的植绒革多为静电植绒革，主要是采用静电的方式粘结真皮层，在生产制造的过程中具有一定的危险性，无形中增加了成本，同时也对环境造成一定的不利影响。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种非静电植绒革，目的是解决现有技术问题，提供一种不使用静电植绒，又能具有很好手感的植绒革，这种植绒革在生产制造的过程中没有触电的危险，减少了生产的成本，也减少了对环境的污染。
本实用新型解决问题采用的技术方案是：
非静电植绒革，其特征在于：具有表面层，表面层粘结中间层，中间层粘结真皮层，中间层的下表面与真皮层的上表面均具有呈网格状涂布的胶黏剂，并通过胶黏剂粘结在一起。
本实用新型的有益效果：中间层的下表面与真皮层的上表面均具有网格状涂布的胶黏剂，在通过吸风作用使两面的胶黏剂粘结在一起，具有很强的抗剥性，并且具有丰富的真皮感。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示的一种非静电植绒革，有表面层1，表面层1的上表面有花纹(图未示)，表面层1的材质为PU树脂，PU树脂用离型纸转移方法直接粘结在中间层2上，中间层2与真皮层3粘结，在粘结前先通过喷胶口把预先准备的胶黏剂呈网格状的涂布在中间层2的下表面(见图2形成网格状胶体21)和真皮层3的上表面(见图3形成网格状胶体31)上，再通过吸风作用把真皮层3转移到中间层2的下表面，使胶体21和胶体31对应粘接，经过40米的烘箱使其烘干、冷却、打磨、刷毛等工序使其牢固的粘结在一起，形成粘结层23，使其具有很强的抗剥性并且具有丰富的真皮感。

1.非静电植绒革，其特征在于：具有表面层，表面层粘结中间层，中间层粘结真皮层，中间层的下表面与真皮层的上表面均具有呈网格状涂布的胶黏剂，并通过胶黏剂粘结在一起。
