[0002] 电机是指依据电磁感应定律实现电能转换或传递的一种电磁装置。电机产品基于转子有无励磁电源可分为两类:一类是转子无励磁电源的感应电机,感应电机通过定子的励磁绕组产生的旋转感应磁场,切割转子的封闭回路线圈,驱动转子旋转;另一类是转子有励磁电源的电机,如串励电机,转子的励磁电源需要通过换向器来实现转子在旋转时切换转子线圈中的电流方向来实现转子的连续转动。
[0003] 串励电机属于转子有励磁电源的电机,由于其控制电路简单,调速范围大,通过控制电压就可以实现无极调速等独特的优点,普遍应用于在电动工具和家用电器中。
[0004] 现有串励电机中的碳刷包括碳刷座、碳刷头和铜插片,引出导线焊接在铜插片上以实现铜插片和引出导线之间的电连接,铜插片固定胶固在碳刷座的端面上,碳刷头和铜插片通过弹簧连接,其存在的问题是:工作时间久了后,其铜插片容易从碳刷座上脱离,从而弹簧会与铜插片和碳刷头脱离开,从而铜插片和碳刷头相互之间脱离,使得碳刷不能正常工作。
发明内容

[0006] 本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种串励电机,包括转轴、碳刷和套设在转轴上的转子、定子、换向器以及前、后端盖,所述的转子、定子和换向器位于前、后端盖之间且转子位于定子内,所述的换向器位于转子和后端盖之间,所述的前、后端盖固连在定子上,所述前、后端盖的内侧分别固连有前、后轴承套,前、后轴承套和前、后端盖之间分别安装有轴承,所述的前、后轴承套和两轴承均套设在转轴上,其特征在于:所述的碳刷包括两个碳刷组件,每个碳刷组件均包括碳刷座、碳刷头、铜插片和连接在铜插片上的引出导线,所述的后端盖两侧上分别开有碳刷安装孔,所述的两碳刷座分别插接在两碳刷安装孔中,所述的碳刷座上开有碳刷头安装孔,所述的碳刷头安装孔贯通碳刷座的外端面和内端面且所述的碳刷头插入在碳刷头安装孔中,所述的铜插片通过卡接结构卡接在碳刷座的外端处,铜插片和碳刷头之间设有弹簧,所述的弹簧一端固连在碳刷头上,另一端抵靠在铜插片上实现电连接。

[0028] 如图4所示,铜插片13的连接端上具有压紧接头14,压紧接头14为中空筒状且侧壁上开有调节孔,调节孔从压紧接头14的上端面一直延伸到下端面,引出导线15被压紧固定在压紧接头14中。引出导线15直接插入到压紧接头14中,然后将压紧接头14对导线进行压紧叠装而连接,安装方便且两者之间连接更加牢固,不易脱落。
[0029] 定子3和前、后端盖5,6上均开有两个螺孔,后端盖6上的两螺孔上分别固连有具有内螺纹的连接螺母6b,前端盖5的两螺孔上穿设有螺栓16,螺栓16的螺杆依次通过前端盖5、定子3和后端盖6上的螺孔螺纹固定连接在连接螺母6b上从而将前端盖5和后端盖6固定连接在定子3。后端盖6和两连接螺母6b为一体式结构。将原先的安装螺母直接跟后端盖6做成一体,使得安装和拆卸都比较方便,安装时就不用去找螺母这个零件,也不用担心找到的螺母尺寸是否适合,非常省事、方便。
[0030] 前、后端盖5,6上端面上均设有若干个盲孔22,盲孔22分别往前、后端盖5,6下端面方向延伸并在下端面上形成凸头23,前、后轴承套7,8上分别设有与前、后端盖5,6上的盲孔22相匹配的连接孔24,所述的连接孔24能牢固扣接在凸头23上形成固连。盲孔22为四个,且呈正边形排列。采用充点拉伸的工艺将前、后端盖5,6和前、后轴承套7,8快速安装连接,即将前、后端盖5,6分别与前、后轴承套7,8叠放在一起,然后对前、后端盖5,6分别打四个盲孔22,盲孔22往下凸起分别伸入到前、后轴承套7,8中去,前、后轴承套7,8分别紧紧地固定扣在前、后端盖5,6上。
[0031] 定子3包括定子铁芯、定子绕组和机座,定子铁芯包括多个硅钢片25,硅钢片25上表面设有四个卡槽26,卡槽26底面往娃钢片25下表面方向延伸形成凸起在娃钢片25下表面上的卡块,定子铁芯由一片片硅钢片25叠加而成,相邻两硅钢片25之间通过其中一硅钢片25上的卡块与另一硅钢片25上的卡槽26卡扣固连连接,如图3所示。定子铁芯通过硅钢片25上的卡槽26、卡块结构实现自动卡扣叠装而成,该种方式除了硅钢片25叠加的更为牢固外,安装操作也非常的方便、快捷,提高效率,还节省材料。
