在铸造过程中,熔炼出的铁水需要通过管道系统输送,管件在管道系统中起连接、控制、变向、分流、密封、支撑的作用的零件,根据连接方法可分为承插式管件、螺纹管件、法兰管件和焊接管件四类。现有的管道在用管件连接时难以保证密封效果,且用料多,管件强度不高,使用寿命短。

本实用新型的目的就是为了解决管件连接时密封效果差、用料多、管件强度不高问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种管体焊接加强筋的铸造管件,它包括管体,管体内开有贯穿管体的通孔,所述的管体一端设有U型密封槽,密封槽内设有密封圈,管体另一端设有若干的圆形倒齿轮卡槽和与管道连接的陶瓷导套,所述的管体圆周上焊接有加强筋。
