技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种整体式内齿圈,尤其是一种用于三级行星轮系的风力发电变桨齿轮箱中的整体式内齿圈。
背景技术
变桨齿轮箱是风力发电机的重要部件之一。其作用是用来调节风力发电机桨叶的角度,使其适应风向或风力的变化。由于工况比较恶劣,维修不便,加上安装空间狭小,变桨齿轮箱对可靠性、重量、外形尺寸都有严格的要求。
随着风力发电机单机功率的不断提高,变桨齿轮箱设计采用的齿轮宽度相应增加,齿轮副的齿向载荷分布不均匀性增加。目前齿圈普遍设计成单级零件,各级齿圈之间通过箱体和螺栓连接,采用这种方法,齿轮箱的零件数量增加,装配复杂,且齿轮齿向存在的长齿宽载荷分布不均匀,必须将齿轮和其他零件的精度提高很多,才能有效减小齿轮箱运行时的振动和噪声。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于:针对现有风力发电机变桨齿轮箱中各级行星轮系中的内齿圈为单级零件,加工成本高,装配复杂,体积大,以及长齿宽载荷分布不均匀的实际问题,提供一种新的风力发电齿轮箱的整体式内齿圈。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种风力发电变桨齿轮箱中的整体式内齿圈,其特征在于:在整体式内齿圈中设有两组内齿圈,其中,一组内齿圈为一级行星轮系和二级行星轮系公用的内齿圈,另一组内齿圈为输出级行星轮系中的内齿圈。
在本实用新型中:整体式内齿圈一端通过螺栓与法兰固定连接,另一端通过螺栓与输出端的箱体固定连接。
本实用新型的优点在于:将各级行星轮系中单级零件的内齿圈采用整体式内齿圈,不仅可以减少零件数量,节约成本,而且加工简单,更方便装配;将一二级内齿圈设计成一组共用齿圈,可以简化加工工艺;齿轮箱工作时,可以通过各级内齿圈的受力变形量来补偿作用在各级行星轮上不均匀载荷,大大减小了齿轮箱的均载系数。

附图非限制性地公开了本实用新型实施例的具体结构,下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步地描述。
由图1可见,在整体式内齿圈4中设有两组内齿圈,其中,一组内齿圈公用的内齿圈,它同时与一级行星轮系和二级行星轮系中的第一级行星轮3和第二级行星轮5啮合,另一组内齿圈为输出级行星轮系中的内齿圈,它只与输出级行星轮系中的第三级行星轮8啮合。所述的各级行星轮均设置在相应的行星轮轴上。
组装时:整体式内齿圈4一端通过螺栓2与法兰1固定连接,另一端通过螺栓6与输出端的箱体9固定连接。
使用时,各级行星轮系承受传动时所传递的扭矩,可以通过整体式内齿圈4中间的过渡部分的变形来补偿齿圈受不均匀载荷所产生的变形,达到均载的目的。

1.一种风力发电变桨齿轮箱中的整体式内齿圈,其特征在于:整体式内齿圈中设有两组内齿圈,其中,一组内齿圈为一级行星轮系和二级行星轮系公用的内齿圈,另一组内齿圈为输出级行星轮系中的内齿圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风力发电变桨齿轮箱中的整体式内齿圈,其特征在于:整体式内齿圈一端通过螺栓与法兰固定连接,另一端通过螺栓与输出端的箱体固定连接。
