一种多极增速箱并联式风力发电机组,属于风力发电设备技术领域。它包括桨叶及主轴,其特征是,在所述主轴上安装一个大齿轮,所述大齿轮的周向均匀布置若干小齿轮,小齿轮和大齿轮正确啮合,所述小齿轮所在的轴为辅助轴,所述辅助轴的另一端连接到对应的发电机。本实用新型通过将单个大功率的发电机由若干个较小功率的小发电机替换,且直接采用齿轮一级传动,省去了中间的众多传动环节,所以在总功率相同的情况下,既降低了风机的综合成本,又提高了风机的可维护性能。由于单体发电机的体积和功率都较小,所以方便风力发电机组后期的维护,具有较好的实用价值。

本实用新型涉及风力发电设备技术领域,具体地说是一种多极增速箱并联式风力发电机组。 
背景技术
现在的风力发电机的功率一般都是兆瓦级的,这种风力发电机具有综合成本低的特点,但是风力发电机在实际的运行和使用过程中出现了一些问题,尤其是当风力发电机出现问题需要维修时,由于其体积庞大,吊装作业很是困难。且大功率的风力发电机在安装和装配的时候也存在技术要求高的问题。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种多极增速箱并联式风力发电机组,通过多个发电机的并列使用,来替代单个大功率的发电机,可以有效降低风力发电机的制造和维护等综合成本。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:该种多极增速箱并联式风力发电机组,包括桨叶及主轴,其特征是,在所述主轴上安装一个大齿轮,所述大齿轮的周向均匀布置若干小齿轮,小齿轮和大齿轮正确啮合,所述小齿轮所在的轴为辅助轴,所述辅助轴的另一端连接到对应的发电机。 
所述大齿轮为外齿齿圈,小齿轮分布在大齿轮的外侧,构成外啮合。 
所述大齿轮为内齿齿圈,小齿轮分布在小齿轮的内侧,构成内啮合。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过将单个大功率的发电机由若干个较小功率的小发电机替换,且直接采用齿轮一级传动,省去了中间的众多传动环节,所以在总功率相同的情况下,既降低了风机的综合成本,又提高了风机的可维护性能。由于单体发电机的体积和功率都较小,所以方便风力发电机组后期的维 护,具有较好的实用价值。

具体实施方式
实施例一 
如图1、图2所示,该种多极增速箱并联式风力发电机组,包括桨叶1及主轴2,桨叶安装在主轴上,是风力发电机的迎风面。在主轴2上安装一个大齿轮3,大齿轮3为外齿齿圈,大齿轮的周向外侧均匀布置若干小齿轮4,小齿轮和大齿轮正确啮合,小齿轮4分布在大齿轮的外侧。所述小齿轮4所在的轴为辅助轴,辅助轴的另一端连接到对应的发电机5。所以有几个小齿轮就有几个发电机,这样就形成了一个主轴对应多个发电机模式,当主轴旋转时,多个发电机同时工作,进行发电,具有较好的应用价值。根据实际安装空间和功率的需要,一个大齿轮可以同时和两个、三个、四个小齿轮啮合。 
实施例二 
与实施例一不同之处在于,为内齿传动,如图3所示,所述大齿轮为内齿齿圈,小齿轮分布在小齿轮的内侧,形成内齿传动,这样的结构体积更小巧。

1.一种多极增速箱并联式风力发电机组,包括桨叶及主轴,其特征是,在所述主轴上安装一个大齿轮,所述大齿轮的周向均匀布置若干小齿轮,小齿轮和大齿轮正确啮合,所述小齿轮所在的轴为辅助轴,所述辅助轴的另一端连接到对应的发电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多极增速箱并联式风力发电机组,其特征是,所述大齿轮与小齿轮为外啮合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多极增速箱并联式风力发电机组,其特征是,所述大齿轮与小齿轮为内啮合。
