本实用新型涉及电动汽车,特别是一种新型驱动电机联接结构。
背景技术
目前,电动汽车尚处于起步阶段,以传统发动机为动力系统的电动汽车站绝大部分,而传动发动机存在结构复杂、成本高、操作难以控制、能量利用率较差的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种新型驱动电机联接结构,它减少了传动系统的连接部分,提高了系统的效率,结构紧凑,功能优越,易于控制,成本低,能量利用率高。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:电机主轴一端与驱动电机相连,另一端与变速箱相连,飞轮套在变速箱内侧,并与电机主轴啮合,变速箱面向电机主轴一端设有轴定位轴承,轴向定位轴承的内圈套在电机主轴上,轴向定位轴承的外圈与飞轮无啮齿的外侧边缘相连。
本实用新型具有以下优点:结构紧凑,功能优越,易于控制,成本低,能量利用率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述:如图1所示,一种新型驱动电机联接结构,电机主轴1一端与驱动电机相连,另一端与变速箱相连,飞轮2套在变速箱内侧,并与电机主轴1啮合,变速箱面向电机主轴1一端设有轴定位轴承3,轴向定位轴承3的内圈套在电机主轴1上,轴向定位轴承3的外圈与飞轮2无啮齿的外侧边缘相连。
本实用新型的工作过程如下:电机主轴1与飞轮2连接,在工作过程中,电机主轴1在电机的作用下旋转,并带动飞轮2一起旋转,由于减少额传动系统的连接部分,减小了动力系统的轴向尺寸,本实用新型提高了系统的工作效率和能量利用率。

1.新型驱动电机联接结构,其特征在于:电机主轴(1)一端与驱动电机相连,另一端与变速箱相连,飞轮(2)套在变速箱内侧,并与电机主轴(1)啮合,变速箱面向电机主轴(1)一端设有轴定位轴承(3),轴向定位轴承(3)的内圈套在电机主轴(1)上,轴向定位轴承(3)的外圈与飞轮(2)无啮齿的外侧边缘相连。
