本实用新型涉及一种绝缘结构,具体涉及一种驱动电机预防轴电流结构。
背景技术
驱动系统作为汽车的核心部件,其性能的好坏直接影响整车的运行情况。而在驱动系统中,轴承中的杂散电流增加了电机轴承的故障频率,时常导致轴承烧毁的情况发生。轴电流是轴承中杂散电流的重要组成部分。磁路磁场的不平衡产生轴电压,轴与轴两侧的轴承形成闭合回路,就产生了轴电流。防止轴电流形成的措施主要有以下两种:在轴端安装接地碳刷,使接地碳刷可靠接地,并且与转轴可靠接触,保证转轴电位为零,随时将电机轴上的静电荷引向大地,以此消除轴电流;在轴承套上滚花,用环氧玻璃布板制成垫圈,将其套在轴承套的凸缘上,固定轴承套的螺杆加上绝缘套和绝缘垫圈,使轴承与轴承端盖绝缘,达到阻断轴电流的目。上述两种方法的缺点在于成本高,实施难度大。

本实用新型的目的即在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结果简单,组装方便,成本低的驱动电机预防轴电流结构。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
驱动电机预防轴电流结构,它包括轴承座和轴承端盖,轴承端盖通过螺纹孔和螺栓固定在轴承座上,轴承座和轴承端盖的端面接触处设置有绝缘垫片A,轴承座和轴承端盖的止口接触处设置有绝缘垫片B,螺纹孔内设置有绝缘套管,螺栓与轴承端盖的端面接触处设置有绝缘垫片C。
本实用新型的优点在于:实现了阻断轴电流回路的功能,且结构简单,组装方便,成本低。
