本实用新型属于太阳能光伏组件领域,旨在提供一种叠层模板。
背景技术
目前太阳能电池板在生产过程中,员工在叠层操作时,要将串焊后合格的电池串先放置在铺有EVA的钢化玻璃上,然后再量取电池串与玻璃的距离,之后再将第二串电池串放置在旁边,用钢直尺量取与前面一串电池串的准确距离,后面均以第一串与第二串的量取间距的方法放置第三、四、五、六串电池串,最后还要量取最后一串与玻璃之间的距离是否和第一串与玻璃间的距离一致,如果一致后才方可进行下一操作,这样不仅浪费了大量时间,而且不能很准确的保证产品质量,更不能提高工作效率。
