本实用新型涉及一种流体管道，尤其涉及一种中小口径超声波流量管。
背景技术
现有的中小口径超声波流量管包括壳体，壳体里面设有内芯，壳体上设有一个用来固定内芯的内外相通螺纹孔，这种结构的超声波流量管存在以下不足：一是由于壳体上设有内芯固定螺纹孔，增加了制造成本；易造成渗漏。二是加工面太多，大大提高了生产制造成本。三是防拆功能不佳。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述情况提供一种制造成本低且具有防拆功能的中小口径超声波流量管。本实用新型的目的可通过以下方案来实现：一种新型结构的流体管道，包括壳体，壳体里面设有内芯，其特征是在壳体内壁上设有一个支撑凸台，内芯上设有一个与支撑凸台相配套使用的卡脚。内芯就是通过卡脚与支撑凸台的配合固定在壳体里面。由于本实用新型取消了螺纹加工，从而可以降低生产成本，同时内芯就是通过卡脚与支撑凸台的配合固定在壳体里面，防止了人为从外面打开，只能通过专用工具才能进行拆卸。在上凸台下面专门设计了防螺母自转和松动的凹槽，改变了传统的在壳体上打孔攻丝的制造工艺，提高了装配时速度和质量。本实用新型不仅具有结构简单，装配容易，制造成本低等特点，而且还具有很好的防拆功能。
