技术领域
本实用新型涉及调压设备技术领域，具体涉及一种天然气调压装置气管路系统。
背景技术
由于天然气汽车所用的压缩天然气一CNG，大都由CNG加气站供应。来之于管道的天然气，在进入压缩机前，其压力因地、因时而不同，它们可能在0.15MPa～7MPa之间变化。在主干道附近压力为3MPa～7MPa；城市门站前的干道内压力为0.8MPa～3.0MPa；城市管网中的压力为0.15MPa～0.6MPa。例如西安市的一个干道内冬季压力为3.0MPa，而夏季则为1.1MPa；又如一个城市管网中的压力常年在0.25MPa～0.72MPa之间变化，因此要求加气站的加压系统能够随时、随地的适应这种变化。一些加气站压缩机的生产企业取一个平均压力值来设计压缩机，当压力超过平均值时，采用节流的办法来降低压力，这样便会浪费有用能量；当压力低于平均值时，压缩机可以运行，但供气量便会减少。由此，使加气站的用户总感到不满足。此外，对加气站设计时要确定稳定供气与电能消耗也产生困难。天气热在进入下游使用过程中，往往需要减压、缓冲、分离及计量，传统的调压设备结构复杂，使用效果不佳，不能为用户提供稳定、安全的低压气源。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种使用安全，工作稳定的天然气调压装置气管路系统。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种天然气调压装置气管路系统，包括两路进气管路，其特征在于：所述的两路进气管路一端分别通过高压卸气接头连接到天然气槽车内的高压气体卸气软管，所述进气管路另一端连接到一级分离缓冲罐的进口，所述一级分离缓冲罐的出口一路经计量器及轴流式调压器连接二级分离缓冲罐，另一路经轴流式调压器连接至二号送气口，所述二级分离缓冲罐连接至一号送气口。
所述的进气管路上连接有减压旁路及安全放散管路。
所述的进气管路上设有大压差无冰堵调压阀及自平衡式调压器。
所述的一级分离缓冲罐和二级分离缓冲罐底部连接有排污管路。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型采用先进、可靠的零部件，应用先进的设计理念精心设计而成，具有自动化程度高、安全性高、可靠性强、操作维护方便等特点，为天然气调压之用，可以为用户提供稳定、安全的低压气源。

为了使本实用新型实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体图示，进一步阐述本实用新型。
如图1所示，一种天然气调压装置气管路系统，包括两路进气管路2，两路进气管路2一端分别通过高压卸气接头1连接到天然气槽车内的高压气体卸气软管，进气管路2另一端连接到一级分离缓冲罐7的进口，一级分离缓冲罐7的出口一路经计量器8及轴流式调压器9连接二级分离缓冲罐11，另一路经轴流式调压器9连接至二号送气口，二级分离缓冲罐11连接至一号送气口，进气管路2上连接有减压旁路3及安全放散管路6，进气管路2上设有大压差无冰堵调压阀4及自平衡式调压器5，一级分离缓冲罐7和二级分离缓冲罐11底部连接有排污管路10。
天然气槽车的卸气软管与设备的快换接头相连接，经过三级减压后，将气体压力减至0.3MPa。首先高压天然气经过一、二级减压系统减压，减压后经过一级缓冲分离器稳定压力(同时将气体中所含水分及杂质分离出来)，然后通过流量计进行计量，最后气体进入三级减压系统，三次减压后的气体再次通过二级缓冲分离器稳定压力，最后将压力和成分稳定的低压天然气提供给用户系统。
具体操作说明如下：
1)整定调压时应先关闭下游的阀门，当上游来气后再缓慢打开下游的阀门，对调压阀进行整定。
2)一级调压整定压力为5.0MPa，二级调压整定压力为1.5MPa，三级调压整定压力为0.3MPa。
3)当进气压力下降到7.0MPa以下时打开一级旁通阀，关闭一级调压阀；当进气压力继续下降到1.6MPa以下时，打开二级旁通阀，关闭二级调压阀，当天然气槽车上压力下降到0.8MPa时必须更换天然气槽车。
