Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种液氮转输系统,涉及油田施工的液氮泵设备领域。它包括至少一个液氮输入支路、增压泵及液氮增压设备,其特点在于,所述液氮输入支路包括液氮接口和一端与所述液氮接口连接的阀门,所述阀门的另一端通过管路与增压泵连接,所述增压泵的出口通过管路与液氮增压设备连接,所述液氮接口与外部液氮源连接。所述液氮输入支路的阀门后设有放空阀和安全阀,所述各个液氮输入支路的阀门输出端与所述增压泵的入口连接。所述液氮增压设备的溢流口设有与所述增压泵出口相连接的调压阀以及与外部液氮罐相连接的阀门。本实用新型的液氮转输系统效率高、流量大、压力高而且稳定,满足了液氮设备的液氮供给要求。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及油田施工的液氮泵设备领域,具体涉及一种液氮转输系统。
背景技术
在生物、医学、材料、石油化工和仪器分析等生产和科研场合,往往需要涉及低温液氮液体的输送过程。尤其是在油、气田施工的液氮设备领域,其不但对液氮的流量有特殊要求,同样对转输液氮的压力也有要求。目前常规的液氮转输技术一是使用自增压泵,其不仅压力达不到要求,而且要消耗一定量的低温液氮;二是气压式输送塞转送液氮,是利用液氮蒸发后气体自增压的方式输送液氮的技术,但普通材料制作的气压式输送塞,在输送超低温液体的过程中,该输送塞很快就会冻裂,导致密封失效和输送不能进行。采用上述液氮转输方法的共同缺陷是都无法达到油、气田施工液氮设备对液氮流量和压力的要求,如果液氮转输压力的不稳定将会直接影响液氮增压设备的正常使用,甚至将设备损坏;另外由于现场施工环境恶劣,对转输技术的可靠性要求也很高,在施工过程中不允许出现因转输设备故障或转输中断而终止液氮转输的情况。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对油、气田施工液氮设备在液氮转输方面存在的不足,提供一种液氮转输系统,该系统液氮转输效率高、流量大、压力高而且稳定,能满足油、气田施工液氮设备对液氮的转输要求。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种液氮转输系统,包括至少一个液氮输入支路、增压泵及液氮增压设备,其特点在于,所述液氮输入支路包括液氮接口和一端与所述液氮接口连接的阀门,所述阀门的另一端通过管路与所述增压泵连接,所述增压泵的出口通过管路与所述液氮增压设备连接,所述液氮接口与外部液氮源连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于采用增压泵在液氮增压设备的前级加压,从而能够对整个管路系统液氮压力起到保障,使液氮增压设备不会吸空,因此本实用新型的液氮转输系统效率高、流量大、压力高而且稳定,满足了液氮设备的液氮供给要求。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本实用新型还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述液氮输入支路是三个,所述每个液氮输入支路的阀门后设有放空阀和安全阀,所述各个液氮输入支路的阀门输出端与所述增压泵的入口连接。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,由于采用三路液氮输入支路可以充分保证在液氮槽车更换时对液氮输送的连续性,由于各支路放空阀和安全阀的设置,使系统安全可靠性也有良好保障。
进一步,所述液氮增压设备的溢流口设有与所述增压泵出口相连接的调压阀以及与外部液氮罐相连接的阀门。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,通过调整调压阀可调节液氮增压设备的输出压力使之与后续液氮设备相匹配;通过与外部液氮罐相连接的阀门可以在后续液氮设备对液氮流量需求不大时,将液氮储存在外部液氮罐中。
进一步,所述液氮增压设备是柱塞泵。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是柱塞泵更适合于高压输送,可以保证后续液氮设备对液氮压力的需求。
进一步,所述增压泵是由液压马达驱动的液氮离心泵。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,采用液压马达驱动与采用电动机驱动相比安全可靠性高。
进一步,所述管路是耐低温不锈钢材料。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,可以保证管路耐低温要求。
进一步,所述增压泵的入口连接有与外部液氮罐相连接的阀门。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,可以通过该阀门把外部液氮罐储存的液氮供给增压泵。
进一步,在所述增压设备的入口和出口管路上分别设有单向阀。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,采用单向阀能保证管路不产生回流,进而能保证各级设备输出压力的稳定性。
进一步,所述外部液氮源是液氮槽车或液氮罐。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,可在任何情况下有液氮源的保障。
进一步,所述增压泵和所述液氮增压设备之间设有过滤器。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,经过过滤的液氮更为干净,可以减少对液氮增压设备和后续设备的磨损。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本实用新型,并非用于限定本实用新型的范围。
如图1和图2所示,一种液氮转输系统,包括三个液氮输入支路、增压泵5及液氮增压设备7,第一液氮输入支路包括液氮接口1和一端与所述液氮接口1连接的第一阀门2,所述第一阀门2的另一端通过管路与所述增压泵5连接,所述增压泵5的出口通过管路与所述液氮增压设备7连接,所述液氮接口1与外部液氮罐17连接。所述液氮输入支路的第一阀门2后设有安全阀3和放空阀4,所述液氮输入支路的阀门输出端与所述增压泵5的入口连接。第二和第三液氮输入支路结构与第一液氮输入支路结构相同。所述第一、第二和第三液氮输入支路的第一、第二和第三阀门2、16和15的输出端相互连通后与所述增压泵5的入口连接。
所述液氮增压设备7的溢流口设有与所述增压泵5出口相连接的调压阀9以及与外部液氮罐17相连接的第五阀门10。
所述液氮增压设备7的输出口还设有液氮排出口8。
所述液氮增压设备7采用柱塞泵。该柱塞泵一般包括动力端和液力端,具体实施时可以采用几个液力端并接的形式以保证供液量,各个液力端的输出通过液氮排出口8汇流到一起供给后续液氮设备。
所述增压泵5是由液压马达驱动的液氮离心泵。
所述管路是耐低温不锈钢材料。
所述增压泵5的入口连接有与外部液氮罐17相连接的第四阀门14。
在所述液氮增压设备7的入口前设有第一单向阀13,在液氮增压设备7的溢流口和调压阀9之间设有第二单向阀11,在第二单向阀11和第五阀门10之间设有第三单向阀12。
所述外部液氮源是液氮槽车或液氮罐。
所述增压泵5和所述液氮增压设备7之间设有过滤器6。
该系统的工作流程是,在第一液氮输入支路的液氮接口1连接液氮槽车,启动液氮增压泵5和液氮增压设备7工作,则加压后的液氮通过液氮排出口8送往后续液氮设备。通过调节设在液氮增压设备7的溢流口与增压泵5输出口之间的调压阀9,可以稳定液氮增压设备7工作的输出压力,当后续液氮设备对液氮流量需求不大时,通过与外部液氮罐17相连接的第五阀门10可以将液氮储存在外部液氮罐17中,进入外部液氮罐17的液氮可以经过外部增压器加压后用作液氮源;还可以通过设在增压泵5入口到外部液氮罐17之间的第四阀门14把外部液氮罐17储存的液氮供给增压泵5。当该正在工作的液氮输入支路液氮源用尽时,可以方便的切换到第二或第三已准备好液氮源的液氮输入支路接续工作,这样能充分保证在液氮源更换时对液氮输送的连续性。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种液氮转输系统,包括至少一个液氮输入支路、增压泵及液氮增压设备,其特征在于,所述液氮输入支路包括液氮接口和一端与所述液氮接口连接的阀门,所述阀门的另一端通过管路与所述增压泵连接,所述增压泵的出口通过管路与所述液氮增压设备连接,所述液氮接口与外部液氮源连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液氮转输系统,其特征在于,所述液氮输入支路是三个,所述每个液氮输入支路的阀门后设有放空阀和安全阀,所述各个液氮输入支路的阀门输出端与所述增压泵的入口连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的液氮转输系统,其特征在于,所述液氮增压设备的溢流口设有与所述增压泵出口相连接的调压阀以及与外部液氮罐相连接的阀门。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液氮转输系统,其特征在于,所述液氮增压设备是柱塞泵。
5.根据权利要求3所述的液氮转输系统,其特征在于,所述增压泵是由液压马达驱动的液氮离心泵。
6.根据权利要求3所述的液氮转输系统,其特征在于,所述管路是耐低温不锈钢材料。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的液氮转输系统,其特征在于,所述增压泵的入口连接有与外部液氮罐相连接的阀门。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的液氮转输系统,其特征在于,在所述液氮增压设备的入口和出口管路上分别设有单向阀。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的液氮转输系统,其特征在于,所述外部液氮源是液氮槽车或液氮罐。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的液氮转输系统,其特征在于,所述增压泵和所述液氮增压设备之间设有过滤器。
