本发明涉及建筑施工领域，主要应用于隧道施工中的盾构机中。
背景技术
在盾构法施工中，刀盘的主驱动系统和螺旋机、铰接系统等很多关键部位要用到可以阻挡泥水的密封件，传统安装密封件的形式为沟槽抹密封胶的形式，但恶劣的工况使密封在较短的时间内由于密封胶失效导致断裂和脱落而失去保护主轴承的作用，密封的安装形式直接影响整个驱动系统的寿命和施工效率，成为保证施工顺利进行的一大难题。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种盾构机用密封安装结构，可有效地解决使密封在较短的时间内由于密封胶失效而失去保护主轴承的问题。
本结构由压板一(1)、压板二(2)、密封(3)、内六角螺钉(4)组成。压板一(1)与压板二(2)由普通钢材Q235A制作，表面经过机加工处理，密封(3)两侧可以被压板一(1)与压板二(2)压在钢结构的表面，用内六角螺钉(4)固定。
本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、制造成本低、可靠性高的密封安装结构，该结构可有效地解决密封在较短的时间内由于密封胶失效导致断裂和脱落而失去保护主轴承的作用的0问题，增长密封使用寿命，进而提高盾构机工作效率，降低施工成本。
