本实用新型涉及一种冶具，特别是运用在模具开发上的一种方便使用涂油冶具。
背景技术：
在模具制作中，涂油是必不可少的一部分，但是由于模具制作存在一个相对密封的环境中，这样导致制作一个模具常常要使用大量的涂油，但是模具制作好以后，涂油就被浪费掉了。
发明内容：
本实用新型正是为了解决上述技术问题而发明的一种涂油冶具。
本实用新型是通过一下技术手段实现的。
一种涂油冶具，包括上夹层和下夹层，所述的上夹层与下夹层通过设置在下夹层上的定位销固定，上夹层由顶层与夹具构成；所述上夹层顶层设置有有进气孔与出气孔，进气孔贯穿顶层，出气孔设置在进气孔的另一端。
所述进气孔与出气孔数量一样，至少为一个。
所述下夹层包括底座和下夹具，下夹具与上夹具相适配，下夹具 上设置有出油孔。
本实用新型提供的涂油冶具，可以降低涂油过量的情况，多余的涂油通过出气孔以及出油孔流出冶具外回收，使得涂油使用率提高，降低生产成本，达到环保高效的目的。

具体实施方式：
结合附图1，一种涂油冶具，包括上夹层和下夹层，上夹层与下夹层通过设置在下夹层上的定位销固定，上夹层由顶层1与夹具2构成；所述上夹层顶层1设置有有进气孔5与出气孔7，进气孔5贯穿顶层1，出气孔7设置在进气孔5的另一端。
进气孔5和出气孔7各为两个，设置在顶层相对两侧，进气孔5保持进气状态，出气孔7与进气孔5以及模具制作的空间相通，多余的涂油可以通过进气孔5不断通气从出油孔7吹出。
下夹层包括底座4和下夹具3，下夹具3与上夹具2相适配，下夹具3外缘上一边上分别设置有三个出油孔6。当涂油过多并且渗如模具制作空间时，下夹具3上的出油孔6可以方便的通过重力，将多余的涂油排出。
冶具通过出气孔7和出油孔6排出后，可以在外部设置有专有的通路直接回收，方便再次利用。

1.一种涂油冶具，其特征在于所述的涂油冶具包括上夹层和下夹层，所述的上夹层与下夹层通过设置在下夹层上的定位销固定，上夹层由顶层与夹具构成；所述上夹层顶层设置有有进气孔与出气孔，进气孔贯穿顶层，出气孔设置在进气孔的另一端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂油冶具，其特征在于所述进气孔与出气孔数量一样，至少为一个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涂油冶具，其特征在于所述下夹层包括底座和下夹具，下夹具与上夹具相适配，下夹具上设置有出油孔。
