背景技术
我们日常生活中所用的吸管大部分是直的不能弯曲，有的能弯曲，但是强度太低，难以刺破饮料袋，浪费时间，此类吸管也不能过滤饮料中的残渣，吸入残渣影响人们的健康。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是解决吸管难刺破饮料袋的问题，提供一种新型吸管，吸管前端有锥状滤网，便于刺破饮料袋且能够过滤残渣，方便实用。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：所述一种新型吸管，由上管、下管、折叠管和锥状过滤网组成，其特征在于：上管为柔性材料制成，下管入口处设有起过滤作用的锥状过滤网，在上管和下管中间设有折叠管，折叠管能够伸缩长度和弯曲，在锥状过滤网上设有20—50目的过滤孔。
本实用新型效果是：上下管间设有折叠管，吸管能够伸缩长度和弯曲，便于饮用饮料，在下管入口处设有锥状过滤网，由于过滤网为锥状所以容易刺破饮料袋，锥状过滤网能够过滤饮料中的残渣，保障人体的健康。

1.一种新型吸管，由上管（1）、下管（3）、折叠管（2）和锥状过滤网（4）组成，其特征在于：上管（1）为柔性材料制成，下管（3）入口处设有起过滤作用的锥状过滤网（4），在上管（1）和下管（2）中间设有折叠管（2），折叠管（2）能够伸缩长度和弯曲。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型吸管，其特征在于：在锥状过滤网（4）上设有20-50目的过滤孔（5）。
