O)公开了一种角管水循环结构,其显著特点是所有受热面中的工质水全部强制上升流动,完全杜绝了常规自然循环或常规强制循环回路设计中因为存在部分水冷壁管下降流动可能出现的停止或倒流的非正常水动力工况,有效地消除过冷沸腾发生时可能出现的水冷壁管壁温升高而引起爆管的危险工况;更为有效的是,水循环结构采用单锅筒辅助的强制循环方式,增大了水容量,确保该系统在任何负荷下都可以安全可靠地工作。但是,该水循环结构的锅筒位于锅炉的前部,锅筒至竖井对流受热面下集箱连通管道的长度过长,而且连通管道使炉顶的连通管系统布置更加复杂,同时该连通管也增加了锅炉整体的高度,不利于节省钢材和降低成本,使锅炉房的建造成本增大。

[0011] 本实用新型的工作原理为:当锅炉的回水被送入与锅筒21导通的回水集箱22时,通过锅筒21中的水空间隔板23下部进行分配之后通过前墙中间下降管102、前墙并两侧墙角管3、连通管7、对流竖井后墙和侧墙角板24分别分配给前墙膜式水冷壁下集箱2和炉膛后墙膜式水冷壁下集箱35,然后通过炉膛前墙模式水冷壁5和后墙膜式水冷壁26上升流动吸收炉膛8中高温烟气放出的热量,被加热到预设的温度后,分别进入炉膛前墙膜式水冷壁上集箱12和炉膛后墙膜式水冷壁上集箱13,然后通过炉膛前墙膜式水冷壁上集箱12和炉膛后墙膜式水冷壁上集箱13的前水平连通管11和后水平连通管17分配给左右侧墙前部的垂直连通管10和左右侧墙后部的垂直连通管18在炉墙外不受热下降流动,均匀分配给左右侧墙膜式水冷壁下集箱I,通过侧墙模式水冷壁6吸收炉膛8中高温烟气放出的热量上升流动,被加热到更高的温度后,分别进入侧墙膜式水冷壁上集箱9,并汇入锅筒21的上部,在锅筒中混合后通过垂直连通管28分配给对流竖井后墙膜式壁下集箱33,经过对流竖井后墙膜式壁下集箱33分配给对流竖井膜式水冷壁20、第一级省煤器25、第二级省煤器29和第三级省煤器31,通过在布置三级省煤器的对流竖井后墙膜式水冷壁管内的中间位置焊接的垂直于水冷壁管中心线的非完全堵板,根据堵板的横截面积占管内流通面积的90%,只在水冷壁管的向火侧保留了 10%的弓形面积以冷却对流竖井后墙上升的水冷壁管,以此确保了 90%的水流经第一级省煤器25、第二级省煤器29和第三级省煤器31,对流竖井后墙膜式水冷壁20、第一级省煤器25、第二级省煤器29和第三级省煤器31吸热后上升流动至炉顶出口集箱14,并经垂直连通管16进入热水锅炉出口集箱15,回水经过各级受热面不断吸热,达到额定出口热水温度送入管网;而当煤或生物质或垃圾等固体燃料在锅炉底部的炉排105、前拱4以及后拱管束30组成的炉膛中引燃、燃烧和燃尽,除此之外,固体燃料 干燥后分解出的挥发份和高温烟气携带的固体颗粒从炉膛8底部进入炉膛8进一步燃烧和燃尽,把燃料燃烧放出的热量通过辐射换热传递给侧墙模式水冷壁6,炉膛前墙模式水冷壁5、后墙膜式水冷壁26以及炉膛后墙水冷凝渣管束19,经炉膛后墙水冷凝渣管束19的辐射和对流换热后,高温烟气通过转弯烟室转弯180°后进入对流竖井27,依次横向冲刷第一级省煤器25、第二级省煤器29和第三级省煤器31,烟气在本体完成换热后从锅炉的烟气出口 34排出。
[0012] 本实用新型利用大直径角管构成框架系统,兼做支撑和工质水的下降和循环连通管,省却钢架;全部采用膜式水冷壁受热面,省却耐火材料和隔热、保温材料;所有受热面中的工质水全部上升流动,所有受热面管无下降流动,下降流动均为非受热面管,完全杜绝了常规自然循环或常规强制循环回路设计中因为存在部分水冷壁管下降流动可能出现的停滞或倒流的非正常水动力工况,膜式水冷壁中的工质水全部上升流动确保工质水具有较高的质量流速,有效地消除过冷沸腾发生时可能出现的水冷壁管壁温升高而引起爆管的危险工况;更为有效的是,水循环结构采用单锅筒辅助的强制循环方式,增大了水容量,确保该系统在任何负荷下都可以安全可靠地工作;而且,将锅筒置于整个锅炉的后部,相比于锅筒前置式,省去了从锅筒到对流竖井后墙膜式壁下集箱的连通管道长度,节省了钢材,同时也简化了炉顶的连通管道系统,降低了锅炉整体高度;该循环系统在突然停电后,自动放气阀打开,锅筒、下降管和上升管又可构成自然循环回路,具有超强的停电保护功能;工质水被各级受热面不断加热后进入烟气温度最低的第一级省煤器,提高了省煤器受热面金属壁面温度,有效地降低了烟气中硫酸结露引起的低温腐蚀和堵灰的危险工况。
