本实用新型提供了一种设有新型卡簧的传动轴支架,包括一卡簧、一轴承座以及一用于支撑轴承座的支撑座,所述轴承座环壁的一端开设一开口,所述轴承座的内环壁开设一簧环槽,所述簧环槽与所述开口底部处于同一水平位置,所述卡簧为Ω型卡簧,所述Ω型卡簧嵌于所述簧环槽内且其两端部穿过所述开口卡于所述轴承座的外侧。本实用新型的优点在于:通过在轴承座开设凹槽,并将卡簧设置成Ω形状,解决了只能通过卡簧钳在轴向拆卸卡簧的操作难题,实现了卡簧的径向装卸,操作更加方便且拆卸工具不再局限于卡簧钳,通过普通钳子等夹具皆可拆卸卡簧,拆卸更灵活。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及轴承领域,特别涉及一种设有新型卡簧的传动轴支架。
【背景技术】
现有传动轴支架包括支撑座(未图示)和轴承座1’,所述轴承座1’的内壁上开设有簧环槽2’(如图1所示),将轴承(未图示)嵌入所述轴承座1’内,然后将一C型卡簧3’嵌入所述簧环槽2’,通过所述C型卡簧3’固定所述轴承,防止轴承窜动。在拆卸轴承时,要先拆卸C型卡簧3’,而现有轴承座1’和C型卡簧3’的结合方式使得C型卡簧在装卸时,必须通过卡簧钳才能将C型卡簧拆卸下来,且只能在轴向操作,装卸极不方便。
【发明内容】
本实用新型要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种设有新型卡簧的传动轴支架,可在径向安装拆卸卡簧,操作更方便,且可通过多种工具装卸卡簧,装卸更灵活。
本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种设有新型卡簧的传动轴支架,包括一卡簧、一轴承座以及一用于支撑轴承座的支撑座,所述轴承座环壁的一端开设一开口,所述轴承座的内环壁开设一簧环槽,所述簧环槽与所述开口底部处于同一水平位置,所述卡簧为Ω型卡簧,所述Ω型卡簧嵌于所述簧环槽内且其两端部穿过所述开口卡于所述轴承座的外侧。

一种设有新型卡簧的传动轴支架,包括一卡簧1、一轴承座2以及一用于支撑轴承座2的支撑座(未图示),所述轴承座2环壁3的一端开设一开口4,所述轴承座2的内环壁开设一簧环槽5,所述簧环槽5与所述开口4底部处于同一水平位置,所述卡簧1为Ω型卡簧,所述Ω型卡簧1嵌于所述簧环槽5内且其两端部穿过所述开口4卡于所述轴承座2的外侧。
