本实用新型涉及一种对胶带输送接运输的物流进行分料的装置。 
背景技术
三通分料器广泛应用于散装物料的转运分料作业，在需要从一条胶带输送机线路上输送的两种物料分别转运到两条胶带机输送机线路时，为节约空间，常采用三通分料器。三通分料器一般由斗体、翻板装置、驱动装置、溜槽等部件组成。在翻板转动到左侧时，向右侧溜槽卸料；在翻板转动到右侧时，向左侧溜槽卸料，从而实现在不同时段将不同的物料从同一条胶带机上向两条胶带机上分别转运的目的。 
但在以下情况时，一般的三通分料器无法应用。 
如图1所示，要分别从平行布置的两条胶带输送机（1号胶带机和2号胶带机）上分料到垂直布置的两条胶带机输送机（3号胶带机和4号胶带机）上时；或者如图2所示，要分别从垂直布置的两条胶带机（1号胶带机和2号胶带机）上分料到垂直布置的两条胶带机输送机（3号胶带机和4号胶带机）上时，由于从1号胶带机和2号胶带机向3号胶带机或4号胶带机的落料点相互重合，两个普通三通分料器布置时会相互干涉，无法设置，难以满足要求。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于从两条胶带输送机上向两条垂直布置的胶带输送机上分料的分料装置。 
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取以下技术方案：一种分料装置，其特征在于：所述分料装置包括左侧三通分料器和右侧三通分料器，左侧三通分料器和右侧三通分料器之间连接有Y形的中部溜槽，左侧三通分料器和中部溜槽连接处安装有左侧翻板，右侧三通分料器和中部溜槽连接处安装有右侧翻板。 
本实用新型适用于从两条胶带输送机上向两条垂直布置的胶带输送机上分料的场合，节省安装空间，满足工艺分料需求。同时，两个三通分料器共用一个溜槽，作业互不干涉。

具体实施方式
下面结合图3和图4及具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明： 
如图3和图4所示，当1号胶带机1-1输送过来的物料A要转运到3号胶带机1-3上，2号胶带机1-2输送过来的物料B要转运到4号胶带机1-4上时，可通过翻板驱动装置，将左侧翻板2翻到左边，使物料A通过1号胶带机漏斗、左侧三通分料器1、Y形的中部溜槽7流到3号胶带机1-3上；将右侧翻板4翻到左边，使物料B通过2号胶带机漏斗、右侧三通分料器3、右侧溜槽6流到4号胶带机1-4上。
当1号胶带机1-1输送过来的物料A要转运到4号胶带机1-4上，2号胶带机1-2输送过来的物料B要转运到3号胶带机1-3上时，可通过翻板驱动装置，将左侧翻板2翻到右边，使物料A通过1号胶带机漏斗、左侧三通分料器1、左侧溜槽5流到4号胶带机1-4上；将右侧翻板翻到右边，使物料B通过2号胶带机漏斗、右侧三通分料器3、Y型的中部溜槽7流到3号胶带机1-3上。
