本实用新型涉及模具领域，更具体地说，涉及一种斜导柱装置。
背景技术
在模具设计中，常需要通过侧向抽芯来脱出产品倒扣等，其中常用的侧向抽芯机构有斜导柱滑块，可利用开模动作，使斜导柱与滑块产生相对运动趋势，使滑块沿开模方向和水平方向运动，使之脱离倒扣。其中斜导柱以一适合角度斜向贯通于安装板上，其固定方式通常由螺丝从顶部锁紧或用另一固定于安装板上方的第二板压住，在采用后一种方式固定斜导柱时，该斜导柱的顶部需沉于安装板内，且该斜导柱的一部分需抵接所述第二板；如图1所示，现有技术中，通常将斜导柱顶部半面设成斜面，使斜导柱安装于安装板内时，该斜面与安装板上平面持平；但是这种结构的斜导柱在安装时需要对斜面进行对位，使之刚好与上表面持平，较为不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种无需对位的斜导柱装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
一种斜导柱装置，包括斜导柱及其安装板，所述斜导柱以一角度斜向贯通于该安装板，且该斜导柱的顶部沉于安装板内，所述斜导柱顶部为一圆锥，安装时该圆锥的母线与所述安装板上表面持平。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：因斜导柱顶部为圆锥，所以无论该斜导柱以什么方向装入安装板，其顶部圆锥的母线总与安装板上表面持平，无需进行斜导柱对位，安装简单方便。

参考图2和图3，一种斜导柱装置，包括斜导柱1及其安装板2，所述斜导柱1以一角度斜向贯通于该安装板2，且该斜导柱1的顶部沉于安装板2内，所述斜导柱1顶部为一圆锥，安装时该圆锥的母线101与所述安装板2上表面持平。
