本实用新型公开了一种无水无氧过滤装置，属于化工设备领域。其包括机盖，壳体，封头，加热装置，过滤装置，气体置换系统，其特点在于，机盖上设有充惰性气体阀口、安全阀口和进料口；壳体中空，由内壁和外壁组成，在外壁中下部一侧有一恒温水入口，在外壁另一侧上部设有恒温水出口；壳内底部安装滤网，滤网上装填硅澡土组成过滤装置，过滤装置两端分别设有可通过阀门控制的进料口和出料口；封头与壳体底部相连接，封头下部设有液体排出口。该过滤器实现无水无氧过滤的同时还能实现对过滤温度的控制，构造简单、实用、便于拆卸、安装更换、清洁，特别适用不能有水和氧气存在的产品过滤过程，有利于此类产品的工业化生产后处理，提高生产效率。

本实用新型属于化工设备领域，涉及一种过滤机，具体涉及一种无水无氧过滤装置。 
背景技术
   过滤机在化工领域有着广泛的用途，是化工行业常用的设备之一。通常所用的过滤机由进出料系统和滤布组成，随着过滤机应用领域的不同，对其要求有不同的差异，其结构也不断地发生变化和改进，目前各类过滤机种类繁多，有用于加压过滤的板框过滤机、真空过滤的布什漏斗式过滤机、振动筛过滤机等。有机化工中一些产品后处理条件苛刻，特别是对于不能有水和氧气存在的反应而言，过滤过程需要把氧气和水份除掉，才能保证产品性质不受破坏。现有过滤装置不能使产品保护在无水无氧状态中，而且过滤时产品易变黏稠堵塞滤布，需对过滤机进行改造，以满足生产需求。 
实用新型内容
    本实用新型目的在于设计一种可以达到无水无氧、恒温状态下实现固液分离的过滤装置。 
    为实现本实用新型目的，技术方案如下： 
    该过滤装置包括机盖，壳体，封头，加热装置，过滤网装置，气体置换系统，其特点在于，机盖上设有充惰性气体阀口、安全阀口和进料口；壳体中空，由内壁和外壁组成，在外壁中下部一侧有一恒温水入口，在外壁另一侧上部设有恒温水出口；壳内底部安装滤网，滤网上装填硅澡土组成过滤装置，过滤装置两端分别设有可通过阀门控制的进料口和出料口。封头下部设有液体排出口。封头与壳体底部采用螺栓链接，机盖与壳体采用螺栓连接，过滤装置通过螺栓与壳体连接。
   本实用新型结构简单、实用，便于拆卸、安装更换、清洁，能实现无水无氧过滤的要求，过滤时还可以保持恒温状态。特别适用不能有水和氧气存在的产品过滤过程，有利于此类产品的工业化生产后处理，提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
     为对本发明进行更好地说明，举实施例如下： 
     结合附图，该过滤装置包括机盖1、壳体2、封头3、过滤装置11、气体置换系统12。机盖1上设有充惰性气体阀口4、反应液混合物进料口5以及安全阀口6，在过滤过程中可以实现无水无氧的要求；壳体2中空，由内壁7和外壁8组成，在外壁8下部一侧有一传热媒介入口9，可通入恒温水，外壁另一侧上部设有一恒温水排出口10；封头3下部设有液体排出口14和一个可以观察过滤状态的视镜13，封头3与壳体2底部之间安装过滤网，过滤网上放置硅澡土12，组成过滤装置11，可以有效过滤反应液中的催化剂并除去杂质。机盖1、封头3、过滤装置11分别通过螺栓与壳体2连接固定在一起，便于拆卸、清洁、安装更换机盖、封头和过滤网。该装置结构简单、实用，便于拆卸、安装更换、清洁，实现无水无氧过滤要求的同时，还可以保持恒温过滤状态。
采用本实用新型使用方法： 
1）关闭开口5和开口14，通过机盖1上的开口6抽真空，达到一定压力，停止抽真空，通过开口4充入惰性气体，达到一定压力，如此反复3次，开启开口14，惰性气体保持微弱气流。
2）在夹套下部的开口9处通入35度左右的恒温水，对过滤装置预热。 
3）通过机盖1上的开口5把需要过滤的物料溶液导入过滤机内，关闭开口5。 
4）关闭机盖1上的开口6，通过开口4通惰性气体，加压至一定压力，需要过滤的物料溶液通过硅澡土12、过滤装置11得到无任何杂质的纯净产品。

1.一种无水无氧过滤装置，包括机盖，壳体，封头，加热装置，过滤装置，气体置换系统，其特点在于，机盖上设有充惰性气体阀口、安全阀口和进料口；壳体中空，由内壁和外壁组成，在外壁中下部一侧有一恒温水入口，在外壁另一侧上部设有恒温水出口；壳内底部安装滤网，滤网上装填硅澡土组成过滤装置，过滤装置两端分别设有可通过阀门控制的进料口和出料口；封头与壳体底部相连接，封头下部设有液体排出口。
2.如权利要求1所述的无水无氧过滤装置，其特点在于，机盖、封头、过滤装置分别通过螺栓与壳体连接固定。
